This program feels amazing. Been following it for two weeks now, and I feel it strikes the perfect balance between convenience, effort and gain. I especially like that many of the runs are easier going, so that I can bring my dog along and not worry about the tempo or distance. Just putting the time in and trying to focus on cadence. Also I've started a running club with my friends every sunday, and the mindset of just getting some time on the pavement is really helping me relax and enjoy the process. Meanwhile, on my tempo runs I can easily feel that i'm getting in better shape.
The strength workouts are also nice all round templates. 2 days per week is much more sustainable for me than 3.
    Thanks for your inspiring work.

So glad this program is giving you the results you're after and that running group sounds like a blast. With the channel being so small this is really just a passion project to stay involved in the fitness world so after all the hours I put in to make content the only "pay" I get is the idea that it's helping others so thank you for the feedback and keep training! 💪🏃

I really love this training style! Thanks for compiling so much great info into one video! I plan on doing my first half marathon in may and I’d like to keep lifting while I train for that. Is this pretty much the training plan you’d recommend following while I prepare for that, or would you suggest something more specialized?

Glad you enjoyed the video and hope you learned something that can help with your training. I think this would be an appropriate way to go after your training until you are around 8-12 weeks out. At that point I would get onto a specific race routine that would likely necessitate dialing back the lifting volume a bit more. Once you are inside of a month I'd dial back lifting even further and focus on recovery work in-between running workouts as well as your taper so you can really nail the race. I'd say good luck, but if you are preparing already you won't need luck. Keep us up to date on your progress!
