Hey Brad, Idk if you heard it when editing but there is a high pitched whirring noise happening during your episode. I would double check that equipment...
Sadly - like my 55 year old ass - you must almost be delusional, because CrapDonalds has never made a better than below average burger, ever. Corners cut, flavor sacrificed at every turn.
OMG! I want one right now! lol! I worked at McD’s in Canada mid-80’s. I can’t remember how we built the Big Mac’s. Yours looks awesome - thanks Bradley!
i was the grill guy at a mcds back in 80ies made a big mac with 1/4 pounder paties for my supper break and broke all rules nearlly got fired but it was good ,thanks for breaking the rules and enjoying it
Great recipe. Love the fact you make your own buns and sauce. And that added touch of your own ground beef. The only thing I would do is real onions vs rehydrating.
Not gonna lie, I've never once had a Big Mac from McDonald's and probably never will. Nothing about it looks appealing to me. Yours on the other hand, looks amazing. That sear....
@ChudsBbq I saw a video talking about the history of the Big Mac. They said they were trying to make a burger version of a club sandwich, and that is why they have the middle bun. Great video!
Mr.Chudley you have successfully taught me and gave me the confidence to make my own bread/buns. I love when I have the time to do it for my family and they absolutely love it when I can! Working my way into Flour/Corn Tortillas next, but still need a hot press for them. Soon! Thanks buddy!
Great idea. I sometimes can't remember why I walk into a room but I remember the Big Mac jingle from MANY years ago when the Big Mac was introduced. A local radio station had a call in contest for the first person that called in and could recite the jingle correctly. I did and I won two Big Mac meals. Geesh, I'm old!
Been doing these ever since I got the smash burger addiction. Recreating all the famous fast food burgers. The big mac has been the best so far, followed closely by the sour dough Jack.
I’m now 45+ but the job I learned most at was McDonald’s as a teen in a small town… we actually wore skirts 😂🤣 You made this right and then some!!! McD’s: MKOP…. Mustard, ketchup, onions, pickles for all other burgers 🤣 Wish I could remember more important things! Lol And yes, small Patties…. “10/1” as opposed to “4/1 or quarter” Patties along with 10/1 onions (always rehydrated) and quarter onions… packaged chopped lol Can’t remember what time my kids were born, though 😂🤣🤪💜👍 But I do remember their birthdates… so far. 😂😘
Yup..... the Chud-Mac. Looks great Bradly. I think the idea with the cheese below the patty is to keep the burger drippings from soaking into the bun and making it all gross and soggy. Who knows, it works though. Great job.
Just fyi as someone who worked at a Mcdonalds making sandwiches back in high school, everything was on point with assembly except the onions go on top of sauce then, pickles, lettuce and cheese. Thats how it was done when I worked there. Otherwise, that looks amazing.
I find the quality of their meat to be disgusting, I douse them with several pouches of ketchup before I can eat it. I love a thick juicy burger when made out of quality beef.
I worked in McDonalds for years and made 100s if not 1000s of Big Macs - this looks like the best one, so wholesome is food cooked when it is done at home. The only thing I would modify is season the burgers with salt AND pepper AND some garlic powder as I prefer my beef well seasoned. Great video!
Hey bud can you make a video of smoking leg quarters on a offset smoker I know you have a video on a webber just want to know the basics if you flip the chicken or when to sauce if you do sauce or if you brine also and if you do what brine do you recommend thanks
Bradley, have you ever cut out the eye from a chuck roast and done it direct, Snow's pork steak-style? I've been tempted to try it. Maybe a future Chud's vid?
havent had a big mac in a while, but when i would get them id get a quarter pounder or double but with all the big mac toppings, better meat to bread ratio :)
You gotta do a Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon Burger. Look up Killer Burger, or Slater's 50/50, or Sid's Garage for their various takes on Peanut Butter+Burger. So freaking good. Put your doubts aside and embrace it.

That burger looks so delicious.
A lot of people hate on McDonalds, but I still love their Big Macs regardless.
I just ate a Big Mac yesterday.
Now that’s what a Big Mac should look like!
I would love to know what the burgers looked like back when they first started.
@@jeremymcmichael7371like the commercial.
Could you imagine living next to chud and smelling bbq or hear someone cooking every other day or so? I would be jealous every day 😅
I would be the super-nosey (though apologetic) neighbor poking his head over the fence and offering a beer... "So, Brad, what's on the grill?"
I'd be the guy looking over the fence during his filming 😅😅

Looks delicious. I'm so old I remember when Big Macs were really good.

That's cheating lol

If you’re not first, your last.
@@eellad for channel members, it was first.
I love how you've got the fire going at the end. Already getting ready for the next dish.
OMG! I want one right now! lol! I worked at McD’s in Canada mid-80’s. I can’t remember how we built the Big Mac’s. Yours looks awesome - thanks Bradley!
Your baking skills are top shelf! Need to see more of this!

Time for the McRib!!! ;)
yep, a bunch of other food YT channels have done it. Josh Weismann, Malcom Reed, Hey Grill Hey and others. Time for Bradley to step up!
Yes I definitely agree with this guy Go for the McRib
Great recipe. Love the fact you make your own buns and sauce. And that added touch of your own ground beef. The only thing I would do is real onions vs rehydrating.
I always enjoy seeing the random items in your knife set
love the rehydrated onions. I use them often

@ChudsBbq I saw a video talking about the history of the Big Mac. They said they were trying to make a burger version of a club sandwich, and that is why they have the middle bun. Great video!
Making better home versions of fast food burgers is one of my hobbies :D
With the price of a Big Mac these days, that's how they should be! Another great cook from scratch, Brad!
Dam! Best look'in Big Mac I ever sawed!
Best looking and best tasting big Mac ever !! Your the man Bradley, no one does it better !!
Awesome Sauce!!
Nice! That's a Big Mac worth eating
Wow, that looks really goooooooooodddd!!!! Will have to give it a try, thanks for sharing with us!

Definitely gonna be a fun one
8:05 I sang this while you were saying it, lol! I was hoping that would make it in there somewhere.
Looks amazing.
I like the look of your version. When I was a kid working at McD's we called the Big Mac the "salad on a bun".
I like that you handmade the dough ball 👍
awesome video as always. was wondering if you could do a video on making homemade pretzel buns
Definitely worth a try.

That's a great looking burger. Definitely going to try this one out.
That's how a Big Mac should be. I'm tryin it.
Now that's a big mac!
Big Chud looks delicious! When are you opening a drive through?
What are you getting ready to cook in the offset? We can see the chunk charcoal being lit in the background.
You have great Big Mac buns 👍
perfect big mac
Yeah your sauce is spot on Brad.
Spectacular!

Hey Brad, can you show or tell us how to test our yeast?
Now that‘s LE Big Mac! Mmm mmmmhhh
I’m disappointed that you didn’t sing the song but I am NOT disappointed in that burger! Yum!😋
Order your Big Mac with the quarter pounder patties. Give it a try. Get the meat ratio up
I find the quality of their meat to be disgusting, I douse them with several pouches of ketchup before I can eat it.

Brad! - I'd call that the "Big Max" - Excellent rendition of an iconic burger! - Cheers Dude! - 🍺
Heck yeah
I’m on my way to McDonalds right now to try out this recipe. 😆
Two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame seed bun!
But the Big Mic doesn't have seeds.

Le Big Mac! Deliciousness!
Looks amazing, 🎉
👍 thanks again!! :)
I use mayo instead of boter to toast the buns.
My mouth is watering... dam
Well now I know what I’m making tonight!😂. Nice man!
YUMMY !!!!
Candle snuffer.🎉
Should be named the "Chud Mac" or the "Big Chudd". Looks freaking amazing!
Homemade copycat burgers are awesome. I usually do a copycat whopper but need to spread my wings.
Brother, now we’re talking!! That’s a burger. Inspired to try the homemade buns. #McChud
Dats burger looks killer 👍🏻👊🏻
The MacChud!

Special sauce is actually Thousand Island Dressing. Great job on the macs bro.

Looks great but I’d take that middle bun out. Mmmmm
dough conditioner brand ?
What burger press is that?
I think MAc sauce is made with thousand island dressing but that burger looks phenomenal.

Dude, you effing kill me! You’re hilarious and your videos are epic!
Every time you feature this mattress, I giggle at the sleep quiz answers you throw in there. 😂. (Tubby). ....oh and nice recipe!
I would definitely rather have a Chud Mac over the big mac any day !!!!!!!!!!!
Missed the opportunity to say "This is a tasty burger!'
looks soooo good...now make the double Big Mac 😂
That’s why on the rare occasions I go to maccas I order a double 1/4 pounder with Big Mac sauce
Would you post the recipe for the buns?
DId I miss the giant cowboy hat with the reference to a snake in a boot? Definitely going to try making that sauce next time I make burgers though...
Hell yeah!!
There goes Chuddy making me hangry at work.
