The cigarette example hit home brother. I had stopped for three months from october until last week and I folded unfortunately. But I am going to stop again.Great video like always! Congrats for the 600! Well deserved
There should be a sweet spot between not beating yourself up too much and doing so just enough to stay accountable to stopping. It’s a process of trial and error until you get it right. Appreciate it the support brother Much love.
