Want to see , Maguire , Mctominay , Rashford , lindelof and Eriksen leave to free up places for better replacements with money coming in for the first 3 of them , but can only see Varane , Martial , Amrabat , Evans and Heaton leaving with no dosh coming in ! My gut feeling is ETH leaving will be announced by mutual agreement next week, part of me wants him to stay under the new structure, but I've not been convinced by his tactics this season. I think Wilcox has had an influence in last few games when we've seen a slight improvement

Witnesses will be under oath.
Just to paint a potential picture here: If this went to court, you'd have a courtroom packed with journalists. And in order to gather evidence, the judge(s) might call Howe, Berrada, Ashworth's wife or agent, etc. etc. to the witness stand. There they would have to answer questions from the opposition's solicitors. E-Mails put forward as evidence would be read out and enter the official record. No more secrets.
And since football clubs nowadays are actually global entertainment (mega-)corporations disguising as local SME's, that is the last thing everyone involved in that wants.

I think people need to take player form into account a bit more for how this season has gone. Quite a few players have just been awful this year. Hell if Rashford, for example, bags another 10 league goals I bet United has another 9 points and moves up into 4th place. What would the conversation look like at that point?

We had “deal on” last year for several defenders and forwards last season. The went to Bayern, Liverpool and other teams. There are no deals until then contract is signed and they walk out on to the pitch in kit. Otherwise, this is just clickbait.
