S3 Range Cart review, the best way to carry your gear all over the range… love this cart!

S3 Range Cart Review after a complete season of USPSA. Great for steel challenge too! But shined the most at IPSC Nationals when it rained for 5 days before.

just got one, love it! but how do you attach the bottom of the back office so it doesn't drag when you are rolling it? There is no velcro tabs on the bottom, only on the top? Your's looks attached.
