A beautiful and impressive video. especially these days when I'm debating what to buy (romeo x or holosun). But the most beautiful thing in the video is the icarus precision grip. I live in Israel, they don't ship to my country and I heard that recently there is a polymer grip!!!

AND, having the battery on the side lowers the deck height... allowing co-witness without needing butt ugly suppressor height sights.

Appreciate the effort and money put into this. I was skeptical as well. What did you do internally for the 320 that has the SRO on it? I'm gonna stick an Agency trigger on mine because of the dingus, but I wanna know what ways you can improve the reset, break, and make the wall more defined. I can live with creep over a mushy break, I prefer 2 stage triggers.

600 + rounds on mine and not one malfunction. Bul recommends 147 grain ammo. I would examine everything: your grip, ammo, etc. First malfunctions I’ve heard of with this pistol

If he had only bothered to read the owner's manual of the EPS Carry! Pick your brightness setting then hold down the + button until the reticle blinks once. It's now in lockout mode so the brightness setting can't be changed and the reticle can't be turned off inadvertently! Yes the buttons are also audible. The EPS Carry is an enclosed emitter while the Sig Romeo X is not and the EPS Carry is about $50 cheaper. The EPS Carry also doesn't have a huge protrusion and unsightly battery door on the right hand side either. 😉

Would you get the 365 with the comp or without ? Some people say the comp leaves the front of the gun dirty all the time. I’m going to get one of the 2 this weekend . Was going to get EPS carry I will check out the Sig x does it have shakeaway ? Heard you could lock the Holosun out to a setting so it doesn’t move tho. Thank you

You could have just locked the settings on the eps

I also see your EPS Carry was rubbing on the slide. I had that issue with the Vortex Defender. According to Vortex, they have seen this on other P365/X/XL slides where the SIG factory milling isn't consistent at the front. So the curved "edges" either interfere with the optic (it won't seat flat) or like your EPS Carry, digs into the finish.

Romeo-X would only have a 5 year warranty. You should take that into consideration. It's rumored to use Japanese parts but until SIG or someone discloses who exactly makes the guts, it's all a crap shoot. I see the M17 optic is also assembled in the US. Chances are that copper beryllium material used for the flexure arm is sourced from China to reduce costs

I heard there is the Sig Romeo-X and the Romeo-X Compact, which is compatible with the X-Macro?

Can I mount this on a p365 sig.

I'd prefer SIG, but the Holosun has a better profile. If only China wasn't the real issue, Holosun would be Top Gun!

I didn’t have to use the plate with the EPS on my 365. Also you can lock the buttons on the EPS

What DPM spring/cup did you use for this setup? I just ordered the soft version.

Having an enclosed emitter on a sidearm is not that important.

Just no excuse for their lack of closed emitter pistol optic. Even this o e might as well be closed, with that profile. I will probably never buy another open optic.

The buttons being the reason just means this guy never read the EPS carry manual that tells one how to lock the buttons out to leave the brightness at a chosen setting.

Both IPSC and uspsa is missing the sao optic divisons, instead of letting more and more customization in production class they should make the sao optic division, but if you are going to use it in open the Erebus with the comp fits even better

One of the benefits of the Romeo X is you don’t need the suppressor height sights for backup. Standard height is fine. Are you putting the old ones back on? Seems the back sight blocks a decent amount of the glass.
