I am a mail carrier and had the day off yesterday because of our 6 inch snowfall here in the mountains of NC, and I was wondering how much snow your mail carrier was working in... and then you showed the snow in your back yard! 😊 As for the Chinese meal, my favorite is General Tso chicken with fried rice. I love this copycat recipe series you're doing for 2025! ❤
