US-based Ghanaian, Barbara Tommey shot by husband laid to rest | Citi Newsroom

The Government of Ghana has expressed its condolences to the family of 27 year old Barbara Tommey, a US-based Ghanaian who was allegedly shot to death by her husband. Barbara who died on Tuesday, September 7 was laid to rest on Saturday.
27-year old Barbara Famia Tommey who worked with Navy Federal Credit Union went to work on Tuesday September 7 with the hope of returning home safely to be with her family. Unfortunately, her expectations were cut short as she met her untimely death.
She was allegedly shot to death by her disgruntled 35-year-old husband outside her office.
