Yes, Spencer is awesome but there are many more technical and clean drummers out there like: John Longstreth- Origin Spencer Prewitt: Archspire Dave McGraw: Cattle Decapitation Aaron S.: Rings Of Saturn Lord Marco:Brain Drill, Rings of Saturn Francesco P: FleshGod Apocalypse Gene Hoglan:Strapping Young Lad Flo Mourner: Cryptopsy The list goes on and on. People who say “This Drummer is the best of all” or “This is the most Technical Drummer of All” are 9 times out of 10 not skilled musicians themselves yet judge other musicians like they are some kind of expert in the field. There is no “Best” , “Most Technical”, etc because there are MANY different styles of playing even within a single genre of music. Also, it’s not a competition! That’s not what playing music is about.
