Ingredients: for meat mince recipe for baby
oil - 1 tsp
onion - 2 tsp ( chopped )
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Coriander powder - a pinch
Cumin powder - a pinch
Fennel powder - a pinch
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp ( chopped )
Tomato - half ( chopped )
Meat mince - 100 gms
Potato - 1 ( small - chopped )
Oats - 1 tbsp
Water - half cup ( 150 ml )

Did you feed the entire half avocado n half mashed banana that u made in d video . U said approx feed half cup to baby. Did the 1/2 avocado n 1/2 banana equivalent to half bowl or more
Hi Priti :), Yes, it was around half cup .. The avocado I used was small.. For big avocados, use 1/4 of it :)

Hello andi.. My eight months son not eating interstly anything... He likes only raagi and barley jaaavaa..... He does not eating mashed food... If I put mashed even a tiny piece he acts like vomiting I was scared and stopping... Please give any ideas..

Give him rice, potatoes, chicken or minced meat. Eggs, apple. These food help with weight gain. Also u can try soaking dates at night mash it in morning and give with oats.
