I saw a review on this board and couldn’t wait to order one. It’s my first electric skateboard and not only is the board fantastic so is the team at Tynee. The board arrived 48 hrs after I ordered it. I asked the team at Tynee a couple of questions and I got a response very quickly. I’m so Impressed it won’t be long before I order the Ultra. The ESC heatsink design is very smart, and prevents it from getting scratched or bent. Most ESC from other companies use flat heatsink on bottom with maybe 1mm fins. I do wish to see a kicktail protector installed, even if it was plastic and replaceable. Just looked at the website, and the prices are very good!

Is this going to break if I drop down something or ollie (jump)? I think adding a nose would be a good idea. If I got one, I would probably change the components to a more street style deck. Overall the most important to me is longevity of battery/components.
Hello, I really want to order the Tynee mini but after seeing the $55 shipping fee, can you explain why your board costs more than the Ownboard M1 even with no ads? Quite similar specs as the M1 uses Samsung battery and hobbywing esc as well and offers free shipping. I want to buy the Tynee mini but need to understand why I'm spending extra $115 of my hard earned cash on the Tynee over the Ownboard. Thanks!

Hi Tynee board, I'm looking to buy the Tynee mini or mini 2 which many have suggested. I live in a hilly area and need to go up 20* hills and go up and down stairs often and so I would need a board that's both portable and able to go uphill. 1) which one between belt or hub is better at driving hills and needs less maintainence and gear changes? 2) which version of mini is better m1 or m2, I've heard that m1 hub goes up to 25mph but I've yet to see video review on new m2 and does it go up to 30mph as advertised for someone with 170lb? 3) is the top speed for both hub and belt driven m1 25mph but for m2 really 30mph? 4) is molicel 363 worth more than 140$ than 216 one? Sorry for asking these questions, I'm newbie on this 5)is it heavy to carry the 14lb m1 or 18lb m2 up and down stairs? 6) for the maintenance, I live in north California and if anything happens to the board due to default mistake do we get free maintenence coverage within the 6month maintainece policy? Do we have to spend extra for maintenence or for shipping to your repair center? Sorry for the question, I've got one before asking for 200$ for one time repair. I would really appreciate of answers.
Hi. Ami. Good day. We have replied you on email. This is what we replied: 1) if you need to climb hills. I suggest you choose belt motor. It will be much easier to climb hill. But belt motor need to swap the belt if the belt was damaged. But it’s easy and the belt is cheap. So not a problem. Hub motor is easy to maintain but it’s not as good as belt motor on climbing hills. So I suggest you get belt. 2) mini 2 is better. Because the power system is upgraded from 10S 42V to 12S 50.4V. You will get more torque. More efficiency. More max speed. Less voltage sag. And yes. The Mini 2 has higher speed. You can get 45-48kmh max speed. 3) Yes. Because mini 2 use higher voltage system. It has higher max speed. 4) Yes. Molicel 10.1Ah is worth it. You can get more range. And the battery will reduce range as the time goes by. When you buy a big battery. As the time goes by even if the range is reduced. You can also get enough range. If you get small battery. The range is enough in the beginning. Then after it’s reduced. You will feel the range is not enough and then you want to swap the battery. And you can’t get a good quality battery at $140. Many customers complain they should have got the big battery. But no customers complain they should have got the small battery. So get a bigger battery is suggested. 5) it’s not a problem. Actually More than 95% of the time the board is on the road. And the weight is not heavy. 6) there is no extra cost. When you meet a problem during warranty. You can contact us and send a video or picture to show your problem. Then we will find which part is damaged and we will send replacement part for free parts. And you just need to pay the shipping cost. And actually our board is pretty great quality. Most of the customers won’t meet problem for several years. Even if you meet a problem. We will help you out. So don’t worry. Overall. I suggest you get the mini 2 with Molicel battery. Since the short board doesn't need to be made into a flexible one. However. the foot feeling of this real Canadian maple deck is still very good, not so hard.
@@Alex98.04 The ultra should be about 20% more torque than mini. And because mini deck is very short. So the torque is totally enough for the mini board.
Hi. This is Aiden from Tyneeboard. The torque is the same when the battery is full. But when the battery near empty. The torque will reduce. If you use the bigger battery. Then you could ride longer from full battery to empty battery. So you will feel the bigger battery has better torque because the small battery will run out earlier and then you feel the torque reduce. Thank you

Yes. It’s a 10S3P 8.7Ah battery. If one day the 3500 mah battery cells are available again. It could be upgraded it 10.5Ah. Thanks for your reply.
