I do not know why they did not choose him. I do find George Gray annoying sometimes. I remember that 20 years ago when he was the host of the Weakest LInk, he would offend his contestants and be kind of rude to them. The best game show announcer in The Price is Right was Johnny Olson.

I think this announcer did a good job. Honestly, I find George Gray to be annoying at times.
