So this is a quick video on how I have returned a product online in h&m! It took me 9 days for the confirmation email for the receipt of my returned parcel and I got my refund 2 days after the confirmation email!
I have shown the steps regarding the returning process on this video.

Guys, so I've heard alot from many that they aren't receiving the return form along with the parcel and yeah I dint receive it either on my recent purchase. Well in this case I would suggest you to contact either the H&M customer care service or the courier service who delivered your parcel regarding the return issue! I didn't get any return form only payment receipt i found so can i return in this case?
Recently I've been hearing from many that they aren't getting the return form along with the parcel and so didn't I.
I guess u can just contact the delhivery service for the return and ask about the details or contact the H&M customer care.

I order two Tees, and i want to cancel one the product but the cancel option didn't appear so maybe they'd already shift my order. So if I didn't accept the product will it automatically cancel and can i placed another Tees right away? BTW i love your voice😍 one new subscriber👍
Once the order starts processing and is confirmed you can't cancel it. You may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead when they give a short period after the order is confirmed.
Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun.
And yeah if you're late just tell the courier that you want to cancel it.

I packed the parcel and the hm contacted the delivery guy for me. He will come later and what he will do? Just take the parcel? I dont need to write any adress on it or anything? I saw somewhere it says they will take a picture of the parcel as a proof but how does it prove anything when the think is packet inside and you cantvsee it?
Yes he will just take the parcel and I guess u already tore the package when checking the product right ?

Go to Your Account>Settings>Payment Settings >Add Bank Account
