Day6 gives me that nostalgic pop punk middle school/high school phase I’m sure most of us went through. 😅💕 Time of Our Lives and Sweet Chaos are some of my favorites! 💕 I don’t know much either bc I’m new to the band buuut they debuted with 6 and then after that first song they lost one of their members.
Time of Our Lives and Sweet Chaos will come in one of the next parts because they're some of my favorites too! (But tbh every song is my favorite 😭)

I Wait is my favorite Day 6 track because it's the closest thing to hard rock that JYP has ever allowed them to do. He tends to keep them stuck in pop rock because of Korean's general dislike for rock music. They do a lot more ballads than you would really expect from a rock band.
Aren't Deep in love and Rescue Me more hard rock than I Wait? :)
But for bsides, rescue me is literally a rock, or technically sounds like 80's metal.

I dunno if you already see this. But checkout the jyp nation special stage where day6, twice, skz, and got7 performed together at a single stage
The former member was kicked out of the company because he had a girlfriend which is against the jyp contract (jyp idols can't date until a few years after they debut). He was kicked out pretty soon after their debut so he was only in their debut song "congratulations".
Sarah's video got recommended to me (because half my youtube history is SNSD) and I got here because you're a SONE, but I was pleasantly surprised with Day6! I'm usually not interested in boy groups, but I'm gonna check them out!

I really think you will love their most recents songs like Sweet chaos, time of our lifes and Zombie BUT i highly recommend you the songs congratulations (their debut), how can i say and the b-side i need somebody (this is my favorite song of them!!). When you were describing Wonpil based on his pics you were so on point! He's the sweetest most positive person ever! He's also best friends with Jinyoung from Got7!! (They're all friends (JB and Sungjin have also a cute friendship (we love leaders!!)) and know each other since predebut but Jinyoung and Wonpil are the same age)
And the girl from the Shoot Me m/v is Shin Yeeun who was Jinyoung's costar in his drama He Is Psychometric!!

Groups that I can think of who have the number of members in their name that still currently have all members: Got7, Fromis_9, SF9, UP10TION. Though there are a few others who did survive until disbandment or their initial contract period with all members: 14U, B1A4, 4L, 5URSPRISE (actor group), A6P,
Though I kind of do prefer when groups don't include the number in the name because it does get awkward when god forbid someone does leave the group for whatever reason.
