As strange as it may sound, this guy is a true hero of our time. He inspired tens of thousands of people to work out and live healthier, to enjoy life to the fullest and to believe in yourself... There are few people nowadays who can claim to have done that, and none on a scale as big as Zyzz did.

respect dude, 2 kilos a week? good stuff man. i remember my beginner gains, best gains ever, dont hold back cus youll never get those fast of gains again until you do your 1st cycle. you can always drop the fat and water but muscle will come soo quick keep it up man. and yeah, i guess i do have good genetics haha i put on muscle like no other. people said they think i might have a gene mutation which limits my myostatin. dont know if thats real or not. i think i just eat right and train hard
