1kg chicken
1/2 tea spoon red mirch poweder, salt
1/4 haldi
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
Marinate 2 hrs
4-5 cooking oil
2 lawng
2 bari elaichai
1 kari pata
Fry chicken.
In separate karahi. 3-4 tablesppon oil
1 large onion
(Dark brown) on low flame
1 table spoon ginger garlic pastw
Cook for 3-5 mint
1/2 teaspoon red mirch powder
1/4 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon haldi
Cook. Masala for 7-8 mint
2 tomatoes. Purree
Cook 8-10 mint
Green chilli cut
1 spoon khushk dhania powder
1/2 spoon zeera. Powder
1/2 spoon khushbu masala
Cook.
Add, chicken in masala.
Cook
Then add water
Then cook for 8-10 mints
Coriander. Ginger garnishing
