@toonrificTariq bro the Pac song is..... Me Against The World......from the Titular Album.....Me Against The World.LMAO
@@RAWR5400 You feeling the need to say this on UA-cam AND Patreon is insane lol.
I've been on this website for almost 2 decades you're videos are a big ass portion of my favorites list. You clearly respect the shit out of these shows. Weekenders, Recess and Filmore were my favorite shows.
many thanks for your support and sharing👍❤☺
ToonrificTariq! Can you you do a review on 6Teen?
That dancing was animated incredibly well, loved every dance number! Also that thing w Bob's mom hit me right in the heart.
I turned to my friend and made a comment right there about who Bob's mom resembles and we both agreed. It was such a nice touch.
exactly
The choreography was 🔥 I can’t wait to see it again.
Bob’s Burgers is truly my comfort & instant serotonin show so that mention of heart, the 10/10, and all the comments like I’m def ready (with my mask too and at a show time where statistically less people will be breathing in my vicinity). Thank you for this!
yeah it's great.
I don’t really like the show that much - but the movie is great!
And you want to know something hilarious - I’ve realized people only washed their hands for about 2-3 months and now basically everyone is back to straight walking out the bathroom without even pretending to get their hands wet. 🤣
I saw it last night, and it's really fun. It's an extended episode, but a strong episode. Great animation (2D in theaters again, awesome), great music, and a nice heart.
Literally just came back from doing a double feature of this and the Bad Guys and I feel the same way. Absolutely loved it, and I'm obsessed with how they made pre-existing locations from the show we know and love and made them feel whole, like I was actually in the room. Idk what it is about movies made from 2D shows getting that cinematic shading that I just eat up (we don't talk about Teen Titans Go To The Movies enough imo). Also Bob and Linda are couple goals and some of the best animated parents ever, argue with a wall
🎶It's my movie my movie my super hero movie 🎶
Screw you wall
Yesss Yess Fave, other Nightline ups dont COMPARE. There really a family that love help respect eachother goals... others Simpson family Guy American dad are disrespectful ..
Wow a double feature!? I haven't done that in a while.
(Spoilers kinda):
I think the reason Gene’s story wasn’t focused on as much was mostly because it was just him really wanted the concert, and the point at the end was that when the family saved the Wonder Wharf they were allowed to play! So it was kinda like the main story tied into Gene’s. Still such a good movie loved it all!
Gene's always kind of been the "afterthought" or whatever. Kind of fits the middle child, I guess?
Just finished the movie. Was mid
I’m most excited that this will bring more new exposure to 2D animation. The last 2D movie to be released by a major studio was Winnie the Pooh. (Ironically Disney is also releasing this one.) 2D attention helps indie studios like ours.
What about Teen Titans Go To The Movies
@Sprawling Pictures who’s your studios Tex Avery and Bob Clampett
@@nickrustyson8124 MLP The Movie the year before that too
I am also excited that we finally get a PG-13 animated movie. Though it's soft even by PG-13 standards
Oh yeah, I know that "Oh shit" moment. Terrifying and gross! That's some real childhood trauma there! I'm glad you love the movie and hope to see more Bob's Burgers related content from you and more Peanuts reviews.
"I tasted death!!!"
That scene and dude with popcorn "slathered" in jalapeno (shit needs to be ilegal) next to me nearly cause me to throw chunks.
I just saw it and now I get it, I totally gasped during it
Also, the part where the villain is chasing them thru the passage under the pier, bro looks like a possessed spider monkey
@@hintonlanier4851 I cracked up at that part lol why does he move like that
@@hintonlanier4851the theater was gasping for air, that shit was so funny
I actually work in a movie theater, and it's been both really interesting and a shame to see this movie's performance compared to Top Gun: Maverick (which opened on the same day). Our average showing of Top Gun is super popular, but Bob's Burgers hasn't been filling seats nearly as much. It's a shame, because I personally really enjoyed both.
People love their military propaganda
Who the fuck is Johnny
Saw it yesterday and LOVED IT
The emotion behind the characters going through a big ass family issues while also dealing with their own personal issues is what really got me.
Especially Louise
I been a Belchie since day one, my nigga I had my Louise ears, shirt, and knee high socks 🤣
I also appreciate them giving us more of a background story of Bob's mom and Louise's ears.
Louise really stole the show, had the most to do, drove the plot forward and had the biggest emotional moment with the ears. Little Bob with his mom was so cute!
I saw it opening day too. IT WAS SOO GOOD! The plot was kind of low stakes, but I liked it, it felt like a coming of age movie which was perfect for Bob's Burgers. I love how GORGEOUS the backgrounds are and the animation was SO BOUNCY!
Saw this just a few hours ago and yeah it's solid. I think they hit the perfect balance on the fan service vs. palatable to new viewers thing.
My only real complaints are that I wish it'd have been a little more ensemble-focused rather than primarily Louise/Bob, secondary Tina/Gene/Linda, and tertiary everyone else. I was definitely hoping for more of a Muppets movie kinda vibe where they round up all the side characters and everybody gets a chance to shine.
Also, I didn't realize how many people are big enough Bob's Burgers fans to be wearing merch shirts and Louise bunny ears to the theatre.
Oddly enough, Bob's Burger was the first film I have seen in theaters since the start of 2020, I even skipped Spider-man: No Way Home.
And yeah, I really dug this film
I will say, minor spoiler.
I did not expect to get a little teary eyed as Bob told the story about his Mom and how Louise's hat is connected to her.
I remember hearing about Bob's burgers through Family Guy's jealousy phase, when they kept ragging on it. And I got so annoyed by family guy that I watched the show out of spite and ended up loving it ten times more than I ever did family guy🤣🤣
I saw it last night and loved it! The most disappointing thing for me was the lack of songs. I expected them to really lean into the musical aspect, and they didn't. But the songs and dancing they had looked great. I like that the film stayed focused on the family even though some side characters didn't get to do anything. I also think it did a good job showing who the family members are early on, so even people who don't watch the show can get acquainted quickly. I can't wait for the review to drop on Monday!
Dissing Bob's Burgers is the boldest thing Family Guy has done since assume Matt Stone and Trey Parker sleep together after South Park insulted them for 3 episodes
that scary ass shot literally had me yelling in the theatre!! i knew exactly which one you were talking about - it was so creepy but so hilarious and just pitch perfect for that part of the movie
A Rick & Morty theatrical film could honestly be something and bring more to the franchise. There’s already an anime adaption in the works so I’m sure a theatrical film wouldn’t hurt anyone
I loved this movie. I've only seen a little of the show, but like The Simpsons Movie you don't have to had watched it to enjoy it. That and it's nice to see a 2D animated movie in theaters again X3
also it's nice to see a PG-13 animated movie. I noticed the show is rated TV-PG(at least some episodes are.) I still find it strange that PG is always (with the possible exception of Your Name) for kids meanwhile TV-PG is sometimes for kids.
@@cradica Well nowadays PG just stands for "Practically G"
@@gregthehedgehog0956 not for TV though. To be fair some episodes of Bob's Burgers are TV-14.But if you watch Your Name it was PG for this ua-cam.com/video/vE3A1LIXCbs/v-deo.html
The manga was rated Teen.
@@cradica I see
@@gregthehedgehog0956 I also find it funny how Your Name and Carole and Tuesday have the opposite rating(PG and TV-MA) yet their manga are both rated T.
I just watched it and I loved it. I even wore my Bob's Burgers shirt. It was hilarious all the way through. The animation is the best it has ever been.
Yeah I loved how the people who worked on it got the budget to make the movie.
I saw the movie last night with my fiancé and we both loved it!
We laughed, bopped our heads to the music and just had a ball.
To be honest, if this movie was the finale to the series (I hope it isn’t), I think it would have been a good finale to the whole thing.
Also, I loved how you didn’t need to be a fan of the show to know what was going on in the movie.
The animation is amazing. Literally smiling the whole time, they flexed hard on their budget.
It really was such a great time at the movies. The animation and orchestral score was a beautiful expansion of the show.
I saw it opening day and freakin' LOVED it. My entire theatre was roaring. I even got a little emotional at one point. It's so great. Highly recommended.
(SPOILER FREE PORTION)
Finally got to see the movie, and oh my GOD you're so right about *THAT* scene.
I honestly couldn't find the proper words to describe how AMAZING the animation and art direction in this movie is, it's all so vibrant and gorgeous, and the backgrounds are so detailed. My eyes were just glued to the screen at all of the scenery and environments they featured, and I'm in awe of how they take established locations we've grown to know and love in the series and make them feel oddly brand new and exciting all over again in the movie.
I was also kinda surprised at the lack of songs, but maybe having fewer songs was best for the film; the music came out AMAZING, and "Sunny Side up Summer" is just an absolute earworm I've had on loop, I wish the staggered portions were longer. Mixing them with the choreography and the visuals makes the music all the better.
Another thing that impressed me was how they translated the show's style onto the big screen: It kinda reminds me of when Rugrats and The Wild Thornberries got their movies, it stayed faithful to the style but made the colors more vibrant and slapped some good lighting on them. --(I feel like that's one place where The Simpsons Movie fell kinda flat in places. Sure, it had quite a few amazing-looking scenes, but I feel like their colors (especially their skin) were a little TOO saturated. I never liked their neon yellow colors, I prefer the warmer shades on them), but I feel like they definitely picked up later on, especially with the ending scene)
I went into the movie totally blind, I avoided every spoiler I could (even watching this video, didn't even want the PLOT spoiled, sorry!), and I'm glad I did. I know Bob's Burgers is still a "smaller" show compared to The Simpsons and Family Guy (still surprised that hasn't gotten an official theatre film), so I didn't want to hype up anything just to be disappointed by the end. Luckily, this movie lived up to my expectations. It was HILARIOUS, the "must be a scorpio" line Gene dropped had me, my mom, and my (scorpio) sisters ROLLING with laughter.
(MINOR SPOILERS)
I'm wondering how often they'll reference the events of the movie in the show, seeing as they actually started referencing the movie in the latest season with people visibly tripping over the sinking sidewalk outside of the restaurant. It actually surprises me how much continuity the show has in general, with Louise's original Kopi Kochi getting melted all the way back in season 1 and her KEEPING IT with her NEW Kopi Kochi figure, along with Teddy making her loft bed and leaving it unfinished, she still has that unpainted loft bed in her room in the show AND movie. You hardly see this kind of continuity in The Simpsons and Family Guy, and it just impresses me all the details they keep up with in the series.
I'm also glad they brought Fanny back, she was so funny to me when I was a lil teenager, so seeing her pop up for a minute in the movie and again in the credits made my day. Also, Marshmellow dancing in her trans pride dress in the credits was so sweet :').
Overall; Bob's Burgers is such a gem of a show, and the movie is just perfect. I couldn't agree more with you on your 10/10 rating.
Just saw the movie this afternoon it’s a fun way to start the summer but I will admit they didn’t need the Gene or Tina subplots because they don’t give it much focus. The songs were good especially Sunny up Side Summer
Getting hyped for the Bob's Burgers movie and this videos getting me excited! Appreciate the no spoilers! Gotta grab some tickets!!!
Man, it was such a delight seeing this on the big screen. I still remember just watching the first few episodes of S1 back when I was 12, and then I fell off the show for a few years. Then, when Netflix released the first 5 seasons, I realized the show had really come into its own, and I’ve been keeping up with the new episodes ever since (even though these past couple seasons have been a bit of a letdown to me, but I still watched them because of the anticipation for the movie). The Belchers sure have come a long way the past decade.
I saw it Thursday and my experience in the theater was very similar to yours. Everyone there "got" the show and clearly knew and loved the characters. That alone was a really fun experience.
0:25 I was definitely like that! Watching shows get canceled back to back (Allen Gregory, Sit Down Shut Up, Napoleon Dynamite) I didn't think any show could fill that King of the Hill timeslot, not even Bob.
I remember the turning point when the show went from getting dogpiled to an award winning, critical darling. Definitely in my top 5 of the 2010s, I've watched every episode on Sundays! I gave up on Family Guy, I've been on and off on the Simpsons (my favorite show!), most Sundays I watched Bob's Burgers then changed the channel! Oh and I watched the movie today and loved it
I'm 13 and I knew Bob's Burgers since I was 10 and I loved it since then. The movie was worse than I thought but it still doesn't its bad. It was actually good and I like the songs, animation and character development.
I saw it today and it's so good! It was cool being in a theater where everyone was laughing too. Definitely a 10/10 experience
the reason i LOVED this movie is because it felt like an episode of the show, just a little more intricate. the stakes didnt feel world ending, which is great for this family centered show, and the characters felt like the same ones. I feel like sometimes when they make movies out of cartoon shows they kind of loose the reason that people liked the og, it just gets too muddled in being a big enough story for theateres that it doesnt like work as part of the show. But Bobs Burgers really just felt so comfy and cozy and wholesome and integrated with how i know the chracters and the world that I was blown away by how much i felt like it was just me and my boyfriend relaxing at home rather than being in a theater
just came back from watching it at the cinema. it was rly great :’) such a nice balance between humour, music and the classic bob’s burgers touch of heartfelt wholesome family moments!!! you could really tell the animators had fun adding those extra movements to really make it feel alive!
Saw it opening night. Whole crowd was loving it.
I didn't even know Bob's Burgers made a movie! I'm so glad to hear it hits the spot for people who love the show, because I love the show. Thanks for the news and review!
Family guy insulting other ahows animations might be the epitome of "he in a glass house" lol
I love Tariq because I don't know another person in the world willing to admit that the Fox family sitcom can make so many bangers
(Even the average person can barely get their story straight on The Simpsons)
And I am actually really excited to see it now cuz of you. ^^
The movie is about a family struggling with economical and social issues. With a couple of hijinks bit overall a feelgood movie anyone can relate to nowadays.
It’s pretty humorous to me that it took Bob Burgers a decade after it release to get a theatrical film adaptation compared to Family guy having yet to get after two decades since it came out .
Just seen it an hour ago. 2D movies need to come back to theaters man.
This is the first 2D movie I ever saw in a theater. (also the first PG-13 animated one I ever saw in a theater).
3 Tariqs in a week… we’re being spoiled
I saw this movie a few days ago and waiting until after to watch this video and you are spot on with everything, seeing 2D animation on the big screen again is so good to see. I'd watched one episode of this before seeing the movie and I had a great time, the movie is elevated by knowing the show inside and out but definitely stands on its own without prior knowledge. I was one of 3 people in the entire theatre which was kinda weird but it was a really pleasant surprise
Saw this the other night and holy shit I was surprised how good it was! Easily the hidden gem of summer movies for 2022.
This review made me so happy 😭
I love Bob's Burgers so fucking much and the movie genuinely just made me so happy. I couldn't stop smiling throughout.
My wife's a superfan and I've seen a few episodes of the show before. I liked it but it seemed like just another season finale episode. Mind you, an exceptionally animated one.
And if you're talking about when homie was crawling, maybe a little too well animated 😬
LMFAOOOOOOOOOOO!! THATS EXACTLY WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT
@@ToonrificTariq Really! You are talking about that scene and not when Louise found the you know what. That scene was hilarious.
@@icecreamhero2375 Louise finding the [redacted] was terrifying! Saw the movie twice and both times got a huge reaction. from the audience and myself. Grover's crawl was hilarious and kinda terrifying, but not as much as the earlier scene with Louise - that part was nightmare fuel.
holllyyyy crud THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS !!!! I've already been bingewatching the series recently n I went to see the movie twice in theatres already ! its an amazing movie :D
I remember watching the series premiere when it aired cuz I was heartbroken about the Bears losing to the Packers in the NFC Championship game (sportsball, I know). 10 year old me was sad as fuck, but I watched the first episode anyway, and practically fell in love with the show. I love Bob’s Burgers, son. Definitely watching this in the theater when I get the chance.
that is exactly how i felt about Bob's burgers when it came out! A little more so when i watched it and noticed its not nearly as mean and sarcastic as other fox animated shows. but i'm glad it stuck around, even though i haven't seen it in years. Definitely looking forward to watching the movie
Bro I was in absolute shock at how good this movie was. I was laughing so hard I was literally crying! 🤣
I cannot remember how long it's been since a movie has done that to me. No alcohol or anything!
I remember sitting in my room listening to the radio in 2013, an ad for Bob's Burgers came on, then was interrupted by live broadcast of the search for the Boston Bombers. I even got to hear the the gunshots. Shit was wild.
you are pumping these videos out like crazy tariq
I *just* saw this a few hours ago with my friend. We really enjoyed it! Bob’s burgers is one of my favorite franchises, but my expectations were set pretty low. Luckily it delivered for me ♡
I went to the theater to see this movie. It's great to see American produced traditional animation on the big screen again.
I like how there was one scene that truly made me feel sadness was when Bob was walking in the park with his mom and that ukulele starts playing and it’s like I’m seeing one of my own memories and I feel the love joy and the grief it was a smart sneak attack on my emotions
I love Bob's Burgers! I was super hyped when I heard about a movie being released this year. Definitely gonna check it out for sure!
Bob’s burgers is my favorite show also super honored to have one of my songs in your video 🔥🔥🔥
Was planning on seeing it. Now you're making me wanna see it sooner!

Was not expecting to hear Me Against the World in one of your vids.
Major points, Tariq
I haven't been to the movies in 2.5 years, but I went to see this one. It was such a treat, so funny, so sweet. I'm a Loren Bouchard fan in general, been there since Dr. Katz.
0:23,OH MY GOD ITS BEEN 12 YEARS, JESUS, I remember watching the first season on Fox

Bob's burgers is a special thing for me. When the movie was coming out, I was incredibly excited to see it. The movie did an amazing job. This is the first video I've seen on your channel. I've been excited to see this so I'm glad to hear it's going to be a good time 😌
Couldn't agree more. It was the happiest 2hrs I've had in a long long time
Saw it yesterday and I loved it so much it’s the few times actually can’t wait for a movie to be released on DVD & Blu-ray. Also I liked Bless the Harts too.
Just saw it today with my bro. Its so refreshing to see 2D animation back in theater and with the best family in cartoon media. The opening was so joyfull and it was amazing to see these characters portrayed right. Loved it so much im gonna go watch it with my squad again (maybe even watch it online because it was THAT good)
I've sene this movie 4 times now and I genuinely plan to try and see it more
Watched it a few days ago and adored it; granted, I'm already a big fan.
I watched another video analysis of this masterpiece and how good it is. But the guy just talked about “2D Animated theatrical release rated pg13” for 10 minutes. But you dig deep. You got deep in the meat. Love that.
Bobs burgers will always be my favorite show ever it’s so heart warming and sweet it’s nice to see characters that genuinely love each other
The movie was amazing and when I first heard it was coming it out I got kind of scared that wouldn’t do the show justice but they did amazing! Love the movie and this review
I need to watch more reviews like this. Somebody who is obviously so excited about something and can't stop laughing about it throughout the video.
My family loves Bob's burgers. It reminds me so much of growing up with the simpsons. It's got a lot of heart and the inappropriate jokes go over the kid's heads. Taking my 8 year old to see it next week.
i saw it on friday and had a blast! planning to see it again at least twice more while it’s in cinemas, there was about 10 people in the screening i was in (day after australian opening day) and feel really bad about it,,, i related way too much to louise with her ears, and ended up crying when bob talked to her about all of that stuff,,,, that scene alone was worth the admission!
I loved this movie! I just saw it today and already want the Blu-Ray and to see it again. I've been waiting for this movie for a long while and it was worth the wait!
tariq popping the fuck off with these frequent uploads!
That Jeremy Jahns shoutout had me 💀
Character impressions on point
I’ve seen it last Thursday I’m a huge bobs burgers fan and the movie exceeded my expectations it’s DOPE!
