Thanks Tom I just pulled the trigger on one and used you code!! Cheers
So exciting!! you will have loads of fun with it! Let me know how you go with it
I have the Sea and Sea 230 dome that came with my Hugyfot housing. I know this review is for Aquatech, but you are inspiring me to try more split shots.
Awesome that is so epic to hear!!! if I can help inspire anyone to get out there and experiment with their photography then this is all worth it, so thanks for letting me know... splits are so fun, so get into it!
Great video and very informative. The macro shots are amazing and I really love and prefer the reflection shots.
I wished Aquatech USA would offer rental for this dome port.
Yew, thanks for your encouragement! Yeah its a good one for a rental option, maybe they will consider that down the track, great idea
Cool shots !

Great post! Love the fact that one can get creative, regardless of certain rules; you were using the macro, and those shots were stunning! 🙌
Thanks man!! really stoked you liked the video, had a lot of fun with this dome port.... and Im glad you liked the 100mm macro images, appreciate the feedback very much!
Great presentation! I just got mine and am looking forward to getting it the water. Are you using the wet method for water drops on the entire dome or just the upper part? Lots of saliva needed!😅
Thanks ledge!!! Stoked you got yourself one... Yes I am using the saliva method and yes it does require twice as much as the 8 inch, but I got the job done...I know some dive photogs use baby shampoo but I would only consider that in a pool environment, but that might be worth considering, personally the saliva has done a fairly good job for me with dome ports
Could you please tell me what is the housing for the flash and the cord to trigger it you use on the pool shot? Thank you.
Sure the flash housing is called the Aquatech Strike Housing fro the Canon 600EX . Aquatech no longer sell it as they have what is called the LUX housing that takes GoDox flashes which are included with the housing.. link to the flash housing is: au.aquatech.net/collections/lighting/products/lux-flash-housing hope that helps?
Thanks, what is the lens you use in the pool? 🤔
I am using the Canon RF 15-35mm lens... set at 15mm
where are you from? Very interesting accent
Im from Australia
