Personally I hate it when somebody sprays water in my direction. And I see no reason at all to take part in a parade but each to their own - as you were filming it, I guess you also didn't take part.
Yeah, if it had been really hot out then I maybe would have been down but I figured watching from the brewery was probably gonna be a better experience
