So I dont think anyone that isnt from JP except Anya would steal something that valuable, behind someones back.

pekora has 3 horses as seen in Flare's stream and the third one looks like the one that is left behind when she stole the heli... so its almost confirmed the rabbit is the culprit (as always).
suichan is in miko's party tho, so if she's the one that stolen miko's heli, her name would be on red if she died from crashing the heli which is what happen just when miko's get into her house.
