This absolutely rules and I LOVE that Rob looked at the lack of girls in karting, thought "it ain't hard," and then exponentially improved girls' participation. With Susie Wolff working to change the opportunity in single seaters and Rob paving the way there in karting, I think the sport might actually change!

Really like this program he is tlaking about. My son went through the rental electric karts and won the little championship his first try. Then we went to 4 stroke kartd at an outdoor track and the parents of other drivers thought he'd been racing for atleast 2 yrs. Then moved to 2 stroke class and 1st season he got 5th in the championship. 2nd year 3rd in the championship. Now on to Nationals and first race he got 9th out of 44 drivers.
It is very expensive and time consuming to do this karting life. The F.A.T League seems like an amazing program that will smash the barrier to entry for drivers.
When they come to USA we will absolutely join with a season pass.

Your style is so on fire, it’s only a matter of time before you become the F1 podcast team 👏 Imagine this...fans hit a button mid race and switch over to your stream video included and it’s like stepping into a comedy club where the headliner is absolutely roasting the race 😁 It’s not just commentary....it’s entertainment on a whole new level. You’re creating a hybrid of comedy, chaos, and expert analysis that’s basically the F1 version of a late night show. Honestly, the rest of the commentary teams better start sweating. This is the future, and you’re driving it like it’s pole position brothers, keep it up!!!

Leveling the playing field is imperative to attracting new talent. Thank you for the question, "What does the engineer actually do? " 😂 BTW

That last comment about the FAT Drivers League had me rolling around all night.
Guys: "You should run your own team". Smed: "Im running my own FAT World Championship! The cars are 4 feet wide and have 16 wheels. We're gonna be humungous!"

If I were a driver, I'd apologize in advance to the team, that I'll probably be using all my swearing vocabulary at them, and mean it in the moment, but before and after I'm in deep respect for their expertise and trust them fully.

Ron Dennis built McLaren into a supercar brand, on less of a resume?

Please let Rob help sim racing games and consoles do marketing for girls. Go Hollywood with it. Will they lose more male customers than gain female ones?
Some sim products could be more "cute" I guess. A Hello Kitty Wheel and pedal set. Cute pattern monitor vinyl wrap. Would it sell units otherwise unsold?
Places for optional pretty buttons. In karting there could be cute copyright free overall patches, etc, etc.
Right now, racing products are all business with perhaps somewhat masculine styling. How much would it help getting girls on board without hurting boys attendance? Girlifying Hollywood and gaming went overboard and cost the industry actual billions.
