    If you'll happen to stop by in Romagna I recommend you to try Cappelletti, Piadina and Cagnina (sweet red Novello wine). In Emilia you could try Tortellini, Gnocco Fritto, Tigelle, Aceto Balsamico di Modena , Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma. On your way back to Puglia you can have a stop in Abruzzo and try Arrosticini and Porchetta.
    Enjoy your life here in Italy, we love you all!

    • @gavils

    • @doc7440

      C'è poco da ironizzare , in italia c'è ancora poca "corrispondenza" su quello che viene segnalato ( magari su internet ) e quello che avviene davvero. In altri paesi se un locale chiude per qualche motivo la cosa viene ben segnalata e riportata , in italia è tutto sempre molto confuso.

    • @francescad8812
      @francescad8812 2 роки тому +3

    Sei arrivata nell'impero del maiale 🐷 mi raccomando devi provare la "Salama da sugo" ( si non è salame) e si mangia cotta specialità di Ferrara. Ora hai provato le lasagne ( sono come quelle USA?) e devi provare la Mortadella di Bologna e dire se c'entra qualcosa con quella robaccia che chiamate bolony.
    Per non parlare di gnocco fritto, tigelle, piadine, erbazzone, con tutti i salumi perché del maiale 🐷 non si butta via niente... Un po' di lardo lo devi provare pestato con rosmarino e aglio dentro a una tigella ancora calda che avrai aperto col coltello

    • @neutronalchemist3241
      @neutronalchemist3241 2 роки тому +2

      There are several bars in Ireland and GB that claim to be much older than XV century, but none of them is located in a building that's really that old, so the best you can say about them is that documents show there was a inn approximately in that location, that's not exactly the same thing.
      In the case of the "Al Brindisi", Benvenuto Cellini attended exactly those same rooms, and Nicolaus Copernicus studied on the second floor of the same building.
