Miyata said he has no weapon neither than strenght. Also if you see aoki is better than Kimura at many of sports or something else( baseball , bowling , fish etc) so i think aoki is better boxer since he have overcome his weakness ( eye)
Ok so something I never understood with these characters is how they’re supposed to be “losers”. I looked on their wiki pages and they both have wins that are more than double their losses and most of them are KOs and only a handful of ties. You can’t have them be “losers” with their boxing records being better than most irl boxers

I think it's that Aoki and Kimura don't take boxing as seriously as Ippo and Takamura does. They take the time to train for their fights, but they haven't even had a title fight in so long. But I do think that Aoki will have his 3rd title fight in the future with his rematch with Iga
Aoki is an absolute beast! His fight against Imae was unique and he showed skills that nobody else is able to imitate.
