I was just looking for info on which version of the story of P4AU to experience, since I love the idea of a crossover between the investigation team and the Shadow Ops. After watching your video I still can't decide between the two versions, but it's the only video I've found on the topic, and honestly, you've done a great job with it. I'll follow your career with great interest lol
Haha thank you for the sub, glad you enjoyed the video If you're wanting to get the most out of it with the lowest time sink I'd say play the p3 route and read the manga for the p4 and adachi routes (I also recommend the yosuke prequel manga which I also did a video on, its only a single volume so you can munch through it in less than an hour)
I just honestly prefer both of the mangas to their game counterparts so much more. The story is so much more cohesive and actually getting to see the combat and see the characters perform epic feats is much more pleasing to me. Also the art is just amazing and I loved the little bits of Sho's back story they added in there.
Speaking of the term Kusoge... I have heard the term be used in a venomous/mean-spirited way. And also pretty heated discussions on whether certain games qualify as Kusoges or not. And you know, all of those videos on so many games with sarcastic "() Its FAIR AND BALANCED!!!" just make me not give a damn about balance in certain games. Not too much to say on these mangas outside of what you already said.
those people do not know the true meaning of kusoge also the *blank* is fair and balanced I find are always just silly tounge and cheek things, the best FGC are unbalenced messes, just look at MvC2 smash melee and vanilla smash ultimate. balenced shit often sands out the fun but thanks for watching the video
@@Kraftium Couldn't the same thing be said about "Kamige/Godly Game"? That its also an incredibly subjective term. Still... One of the main reasons as to why I left all stuff regarding Smash Bros (The main one being bitterness regarding which characters get and which dont) is how the discussions surrounding the game's balance always gets INCREDIBLY obnoxious. At which point I go "Who gives a shit?" and just leave.
It's unfortunate that Labrys's turns into a plot device. I really loved her story in the arena games to the point where she became one of my favorite characters in the persona series.

yeah for the most part I agree
Had they not cut so much of labrys out they'd easily be my recommend
Honestly I just love adachi and how cold he was when he was getting whooped. He had the mental advantage
He's rocking that "go on dad, break my xbox. Its not gonna unfuck the christmas turkey!" smile

@@kuraux56s59 they are subjective terms but luckily for me my opinion is objectively correct ~ me but also everyone else online lol
@@Kraftium Eh, I guess I can agree with that.
I still much prefer to not carelessly use terms that can attract quite a few unneccesary flame wars.
It occurs to me that despite owning and playing Ultimax on PS3 I never actually played the story mode, like at all. Oops.
I mean if you wanna play that vanilla arena story you're gonna need to get the DLC lol

Yeah I love labrys and I really hope she returns one day in some form or another
