First 'Now or Never' gives me a powerful start then I get hooked to 'Easy Love' tune. Finally 'Good Guy' seals the deal for their immense potential.

Sf9 is from FNC, same company as AOA, and also CNBlue, FTIsland and N.flying, so fnc for years managed bands,so in my opinion that's why their management of idols isn't the best, but they got better at it. Also SF9 is their first male idol group.
I started to listen to them like a year? after they debut. I heard their song o sole mio and I was like 🤩 THIS SONG IS AMAZING

Thanks for reacting to sf9 (which stands for Sensational Feeling by the way), they are so underrated it actually hurts. They are 9 beautiful dorks who don't appear to be able to make a bad song (their b sides are amazing too)! If you want to check out more of them, I recommend RPM, Enough, O Sole Mio, Mamma Mia and their latest comeback Summer Breeze. Fun fact - Taeyang is a huge fan of Kai so much so that EXO-L call him the president of the fan club!! He is also one of the best dancers in kpop in my opinion and has released dance cover videos that he choreographs and edits himself!!
Many video reactors also said SF9 had the original sound of kpop(at least 2nd generation of kpop) or that late 90s-early 2000s music, which people nowadays don't appreciate much.
If you go through their discography, you'll find more songs like you've discovered.

I'm from the 1st gen, my first bias group was Shinhwa lol I started young, and SF9 is my current favorite group. They're just hilarious and I love that their songs does seem like 2nd gen. It might sound outdated to newer kpop fans who are more used to the "noisy" songs but I love that about them. They have proper vocal choruses, for one. I also noticed the same thing about their older MVs, most have that simpler lower budget sets. They only started improving this year around Good Guy and Summer Breeze. One thing though is that their choreography is always fire. I love the choreography for Now or Never and RPM a lot. I suggest watching the dance practice for Now or Never, RPM, Good Guy and Summer Breeze! But only after you've watched the MVs for RPM and Summer Breeze ofc.
They've always been underrated despite them coming from a well known company which houses household names like Yoo Jaesuk and Jung Hyungdon as well as famous groups like FT Island, CNBlue and AOA. Probably because they're the company's first male idol group so FNC didn't quite know how to promote a boy group as well as, say, SM. And they're not just an idol company that can focus solely on their idols like for example, smaller companies such as Cre.ker with The Boyz or even a mid-level company like WM which houses B1A4 and Oh My Girl. FNC isn't that small, but it's not that big either, and they have hands on other aspects of the entertainment field so they're not just solely focused on promoting idol groups. I think that's why, for the most part, they aren't that popular. Although FNC is debuting a new boy group next month and I think given their experience with SF9, they might do a better job with that new boy group.
It's really a shame because SF9 has no weak member. Usually, there's always one member that's just there with no talent and is just the "stan attractor" or just the face. But with SF9, they are all strong dancers, all talented in either rap or singing or both. Even their visual is a lead vocal! And their rappers can actually legit rap and are not just appointed rappers because they can't sing. They even have 2 legit talented actors with successful dramas under their belt. One of which has actually been a child actor with dramas since he was freaking 9 years old!
Anyway, sorry this got too long and became a rant haha. I just really love them and wish them nothing but more success going forward.
Also, your bias, Hwiyoung, is actually the first guy you liked in the first music video. Which just means it was meant to be!

So SF9 stan for "Sensational feeling 9"!
Fandom name is called "Fantasy" (u are a baby fantasy)!!! They debuted in 2016 with Fanfare!!!
They're from FNC which is not from Big 3 or Big hit!!! The low budget is because the company isn't very big and in Easy love they were 1 year old group!!! As you can see in Good guy,the MV,PRODUCTION is high budget is because SF9 gained immense popularity in South Korea,China,Japan and even outside Asia!!! This happend thanks to two of their members who are actors, Rowoon played the male lead in Extraordinary you and Chani in Sky castle,this two kdramas were a huge succes!!!
One last thing,they had their first win in music shows after 3 years and 3 months this year with Good guy (they actually won 3 and one against Red velvet which is a huge achievement) Keep reacting to them 🙏
Actually, FNC has always been a rather well-known company in the industry and usually in top 5 of kpop companies (in terms of earning money). I haven't checked how they're doing currently, but it has always been like that. I understand many kpop fans don't know that, but that's because FNC kind of focused on actors they had signed (I guess that was their main source of income) and they kind of introduced pop-rock bands to kpop - FT Island, CNBlue and later on N.Flying. AOA were pretty big as a girl group, but it's true that SF9 are their first boy dancing group, so I suppose it's not their... niche. FNC focusing on drama/movie industry and their actors is also the reason why a lot of their idols are actors as well - starting with FT Island's Hongki, almost all CNBlue members, AOA's Seolhyun and Mina and now SF9's Rowoon and Chani. But yeah, just wanted to clarify that FNC is not THAT small or irrelevant in the industry lol
@Rising Sunshine I guess they didn't want to spend money on them,but the things have changed,now that Sf9 is the one who brings the money!!! Hope they will give them better promotion in the next comeback 🙏
