I could watch you all day long ... maybe someday, you could do a live video “the day and the life of the Nomadic Movement” and let us travel with you during the day. You make life a little easier with your simple ways, the love you have for each other and the love you have for your friends but most of all, allowing Sadie to hang out with you and enjoy the ride of life on the farm. Since you have start it that I am amazed how difficult you are making this build. Fill the circle with sand and build a dome, press it, shape it and then cover it with wet newspaper.
Now you can build your blocks up and around with inside support and once it is dry remove the sand from the opening/door.

You may have already thought of this, but if not... You say that Sadie struggles to nap and I am wondering if that is because you have always carried her around with you, so she probably can feel / hear a heart beat whenever she is with you and that makes her feel safe and loved. There are soft toys you can get that have a heart beat sound maker in them, and this can sooth young babies who find being put down into bed alone makes them become fussy. It might be worth a try.
The top dead center of the door arch, a keystone, should have tapered sides so its weight shoves against the bricks to each side and it should stand without cement. The keystone brick anchor to which all of the brick are connected. Now the top brick can slide out.
I saw that and thought they cut the brick the wrong way! Don't brick ovens usually have a layer over all the bricks to add insulation? Other wise those bricks are going to get dam hot!
Seems like you could quickly rig up a shower enclosure (3 sides), just by putting in a few fence posts and wrapping with a little vinyl. Probably only take an hour or 2 and would provide some wind break.
Your little Sadie is developing so beautifully. You are doing such a great job of parentling -- she's alert, responsive, curious, intelligent, bright eyed and happy. She's her own dear little spirit, and you are giving her the time, opportunities and love to grow into the best of humanity.
Sadie is a very lucky baby to have such loving parents!!

Transitions YES! I felt the same way my first were very show reaction to light change but my new ones are amazing. That footage of mother and baby looking at the fire is pure art. You have such a beautiful voice, perfect pitch, intonation and vibrato and control. And you baby is amazing! Love you family, love your videos.

Its amazing to see gringos out in the mountains in Panama doing a great job with building, cement, plants, showering with cold water and raising a baby . Doing awesome!! It never ends when u build from the bottom up a home!! But very rewarding!!

I think you are supposed to pack the inside with sand as you go higher to support the top. when good and dry you can just scrap out the sand, It looks really good. Enjoy your oven.

YOU KNOW THIS, I JUST LEARNED IT: USING A DAMP RAG, DIP IT INTO THE WOOD ASH IN YOUR STOVE, RUB VIGOROUS ON THE INSIDE OF THE GLASS DOOR. It polished it so good-- no chimical cleaners needed🖤.coolest trick.

You guys are such an inspiration. My husband and I bought an old fixer upper home. He isn't handy, but I was raised in construction so most repairs fall on me. Seeing you drudge thru some things that you've never done before inspires me when a task feels so daunting. It also inspires me to plant my garden, get some chickens and enjoy the property as much as possible. Thank you for being amazing!

It would have been a heck of a lot easier to build a dome out of sand and then lay those bricks against that. But to each their own.

You two are wonderful parents. You share every aspect, of every day with Sadie and it shows. She is so alert, bright eyed, and happy. There was another family that I used to follow. They are so busy with all their plans and projects that they don’t seem to take the time be present with their baby. I’m not sure why they even became parents? I love how you are still working on making your little place home but, Sadie is right there with you. Your love for each other and for Sadie is so sweet 💕. My daughter also fought naps! I was lucky if she slept a total of an hour all day, even as a newborn. It is challenging like you said but, you guys are crushing it!

Hi you guys, love watching your channel. I am a retired brick layer, if I can be a little help. Use lest motar to set and lay your fire brick, you will find that the brick will set quickly. By the way ,it is a course of brick, not a row. Wish I could be there to help, keep up the good work.
I watch YT videos at 2x the speed, and I must say, even at that speed, K's voice is still spectacular. I can't say that about most others. 😆 So beautiful.
I love your time-lapse sky shots! And so great to hear Kaylee sing, you have such a beautiful voice! Transition glasses are awesome, I only have one issue with them, they don't go dark when driving in the car, so if the light bothers you, you need to wear shades 😎.
I love Transitions. They change between light and dark really fast. Much faster than putting on and taking off sunglasses.

Your baby girl..... wait until you start to see the world through her eyes and experience each new thing she discovers. Her innocence and joy... you will never be the same. Explore every moment with her as hard as it sometimes is.... it's over way too soon. And you have to have another! There is much they learn from every day life lived with siblings... they can't learn from parents....
Baby Naps: tuck blankets around her. Even take a light swaddling blanket and put it at the top of her head. Not necessarily on her head. Between her head and the end of the crib. This worked on my brother, sister, my 2 sons and my 3 grand children. They need the swaddle feeling. It works like a charm and white noise as well. This always worked for me. She should be having longer than 30 mins naps. This should help her feel like when she is swaddled near you to sleep. Y’all are great parents! Love what y’all are accomplishing. My transition lenses are back within 1-2 minutes. They HAVE come a long way. My first pair were years ago and they were just as you described. I have glaucoma and MUST wear sunglasses ANYTIME I walk outside (rain, cloudy, anytime).

I use to make porcelain dolls many moons ago, loved it, no one does any pottery or crafts like that around me anymore very sad, it is very relaxing.

It's such a joy to watch Sadie's eyes as she discovers the world around her. You can tell she adores you both each in a special way and then there are her special people that she loves as well Rodrigo and Cockay and his wife (and I know I butchered spelling his name)and the young men that help around the farm. Sadie looks at them and all you see is joy can you Imagine what she is thinking. What special people you all are to her and all of us. Thank you 😊
Hey Jordan. Do your family a favor and try this little exercise. Take that metal straw you use to blow on the woodstove fire, plug your nose and try breathing only thru the straw for 15 or 20 minutes. Let us know what that feels like because unless you start wearing respiratory protection when you’re sanding, drilling, mixing and cutting, that’s what breathing could feel like to you in 10 or 20 years.
My wife’s father worked in a lumber yard during high school and college. Only about 6 years but it damaged his lungs enough that he died of emphysema in his 60’s.
You want to be here for your daughter and show her positive ways of living and being. That includes modeling taking care of yourself. So please, get a decent dust respirator and use it. ✌🏼♥️
