Love this song......I'm proud to be a Quo fan too Rene...since July 1978...when they toured Australia (and I wasn't allowed to go....cried my eyes out...too young at 13!!) Waited 19 years for them to return to our shores...Love my Quo...and LOVE this song....just got out of hospital today (appendix removed) and had to play it....makes me feel better....

bought this album for 50p in a second hand shop about 81,when i heard this again for the first time in 25 years or more ,i still knew the words ,this is real quo,,,,love it,,,,

The best song in ages from anyone and the best song from Quo since the 80's, brilliant guys, well done, I love this song.
It just goes to show you a good song/melody sounds great either with a hard rock sound or an acoustic twist.

This is amazing music to me, Yes it's Status Quo playing 'Aquostic', one of there old classics from when I was a teenager. They have made a completely re-worked whole new album. Coming out on 20th October. You want believe this is the Quo. Listen
What a great fresh tune best thing on the radio and sounds straight out the 70s..love it! Fingers crossed this album goes to no 1 if not definitely this single I can't stop "singing my song!" Well done guys, amazing melody!

Love how Rhino gets more and more vocals in the new music.
I really like it but love the original so much more. The original seems to have more feeling and emotion. But then I've liked the original for over forty years. The "Hello!" album is still one of my favourite rock albums of all time and my favourite from Status Quo.

I met the guys self in 1978. Saw them in whole Europe with the shows.
This Aquostic is realy awsome and hopefuly it wil come out at DVD.

Hey Henk,dan moete we elkaar zeker gezien hebben. Eind jaren 70 de Quodag in Zevenaar door de broers Hertog..Andre als voorzitter.
Leuk dat je in Quotation hebt gedrumd. Was dat na Martin Vestering ? Das mn oude Quo maat in de jaren 1976 tm eind 80.
Toen verloren we elkaar uit t oog.
Ik ben nu exact 42 jaar fan en vriend van de band.

Its a Great version, im a die hard Quo fan , but i think this sound awesome, cant wait to hear what they have done to the rest of the tracks on the album, and Im looking forward to seeing them play this live in a special for the BBC at Camdens Roundhouse on Oct 22nd, bring it on

Saw this great concert last Wednesday night on the BBC and what a treat! The live show sounds better in my humble opinion. Sorry for those leaving less than positive comments, but if you're into Quo and play a guitar and like me you thrashed along (all the songs have simple enough chords to make a jolly good noise, ask June next door!) with the old and new things (Francis doesn't like to call them songs) then you also enjoyed it. If you really didn't enjoy the "country" arrangements then I suggest you play the originals on your gramophones and stop moaning about it. It's their music, let them play it their way. End of rant, apart from: Oi! Why the hell are concert tickets so prohibitively expensive?
