Thanks for this info.I thought of using tear away on sheer fabric for my customers but is this better for this fabric type ?
Sheer fabric is another tough one to diagnose. Could you email us at info@sulky.com with the exact fabric type and we can get closer to a best recommendation of stabilizer for you?
Pretty
Can you please tell the tale the names of the stuff that you used to Embroidery on tiles with thank you
I am trying to embroidery a letter on a towel and when I wash the towels they are so rough where I embroidered. What do I need to do
Hi Betsy - Usually any roughness that remains when you've used a water soluble is because it didn't all get rinsed away. Usually all you need to do is re-wash it. I would avoid using any other products with the wash such as vinegar. But that should do it.
Does the 505 temporary adhesive spray make a towel rough after washing?
We use Sulky KK 2000 Temporary Spray Adhesive and it doesn't make the towel rough. You can also spray it onto the stabilizer (not on the towel), which will help it lift off the towel after embroidery.
Please are the embossed designs good for plush towels only or for any towels used or new ?Thank you
It really depends on the design you choose. There are many embossed fonts at Designs by Juju and they're recommended for all sorts of towels. But if the towel is super plush, you may want more knock-down stitching to show off the letter best.
Where do I buy the matriz ?
Amazing teaching! Where did you source the towel used in the demo?
Hi Daniel. The towel came from Target.
What size pattern should you use on fingertip towels?
I'd stick to a design that fits a 4x4 hoop.
does the adhesive effect the needle in making it gummy?
It doesn't. If you are worried about that, we have Anti-Glue Needles that work great. Or you can put a drop of Sewer's Aid on the needle before the stitchout begins.

Hi please can you make a youtube video how you embroidered the towel lockdown stitches for start to end i have xj1 machines thanks
Did you do knock down stitching before embroidering this monogram ?
It was all part of the digitized design.
Great ideas. I'm embroidering beach towels for a customer. Neither she or I are going to wash the towels before they go to the recipients. How do I get all the wash away stabilizers out without washing? My one request for instructional videos is to please show what you're supposed to do with any stabilizer after stitching is done. I'm always left hanging with the finishing. It's all part of the process. Thank you.
If you aren't washing away the stabilizer, it likely will be perforated enough along the outer design edge in order to peel it away from the embroidery. There may be small bits left, but just tell the recipient that those will disappear after washing. Or you can moisten a cotton swab (like a Q-tip) and run it along the stitching lines to be able to lift it away from the embroidery.
@@Sulkythread great ideas. Thank you so much.
can you do this on a regular bath towel?
Yes!

What’s the stuff you used to Embroidery on towels with the name of the stuff you use
Towels. Not doing too well with mine
I didn't think you could use regular bobbin thread. I thought you always had to use the 60W in the bobbin.
Sulky Bobbin Thread is 60 wt.
What machine Embrodery you use
The design or the machine? The machine is a Husqvarna Viking Designer Epic 2 and the design is an embossed monogram design from Designs by Juju.
Making valentine dish towels. I do not understand stabilizers.
What fabric is used for the towels? That will help to match it to a stabilizer. You can also consult our Stabilizer Selector Tool, which will recommend a stabilizer for your project! sulky.com/stabilizer-selection-tool/
