@@saxmimmo hahah, beh, alle 14 ero sicuramente sempre impegnato e ricordo di aver avuto la possibilita' di (ri)vederle a tarda notte..non ricordo se fosse DOC ma oltre una ventina di anni fa si trovavano delle belle chicche in TV (sempre su RAI peraltro)...ah..il progresso...

Great Clip! I took private guitar lessons from Mick Goodrick when I was in Boston at Berklee. He was very advanced in his teaching methods. I still have and use a fascinating practice schedule that he developed based on the days of the week. I also remember the story he told me about his final transition from using a pick to using his fingers. Mick, Mark Knopfler & Jeff Beck are the few I know of who utilize(d) that technique on electric guitar. I too am very saddened by his passing. It's great to see clips like this, to remind people of Mick's talent.

John Abercrombie also played with fingers, he is much overseen but his name definitely belongs in with the greats
