The 2/3k series cars sound even more so. They have the same inverters. Not sure about the 6k cars, though, not that it matters since they're all pulled from service anyways.

Yea, lol! They took over the GR, YL, & now RL lol, You can see alot of 3000 Series on the Red Line, also SOME 6000 Series.. For the OR, SV, & BL line you can pretty much more 3k, & 6k

A few of my favorite stations on the WMATA Red Line are Union Station, Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan, and Cleveland Park.
