MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE BREAKFAST

You could probably ask anyone in my family what I prefer for breakfast or better yet, a late brunch and they’ll tell you The Papa loves Eggs Benny. I love all types of this dish - - Eggs Florengine, Eggs Royale, Eggs Sardou, Eggs Neptune, Eggs Cochon - and the list is never ending. But I always return to the classic - and this video is it. It’s the perfect Sunday morning breakfast - and in this video I invited my brother Ron and his wife Renae over for an after Sunday service meal. Wish you could have been there. Too many folks won’t try it because they think it’s difficult to make - IT ISN’T. But, If you’re ever in my neck of the woods, and you want a good Benedict, and I’m not available - try Benny’s on The Beach in Lake Worth FL. They have the second best eggs Benedict (mine being the first 😎 )
