One big reason why I support BLI is for their amazing customer service. Im glad you guys are still setting the role model for how companies should operate! (im not being paid to say this, just a happy customer)
Living in the UK without any BLI repairers and just a couple of authorised dealers isn't a problem. Had a couple of issues with a Santa Fe steamer and BLI service folks sorted them no problem. They even paid return postage. Great service. Wish all the model train manufacturers were as good.
Nicely done, I just registered my new GG1 4807 and received an email that the registration has been successful (Customer Id 23081). Good to know you will be there for me on a rainy day !
Hi BLI, I have some unique ideas I would like to share with you, and possibly see in the future! First off, I would like to see the return of the PRR Q2, but as a diecast-plastic hybrid like the PRR T1. Also, I would like to see a Q2 with the Q1's streamlining. (Basically a fantasy model of the Q2). On top of that, the shells can be interchangeable with perhaps a Q1 diecast-plastic hybrid model to save costs! Two chassis that can share the same shells would be great. (Like the as-delivered and prototype T1 models you produced) Also, I think it would be great for customers, and PRR fans that want to have that experimental nature of sharing bodies, but at a more reasonable and accessable price level. Second, you guys make the only Baldwinn sharks on the market right now that are affordable, and I know there are modelers out there that would like some western railroad liveries on the RF-16 , like ATSF, SP, and UP. I know being prototypical is very important, but just like your recent release of the P5a hudson electrics, those fantasy schemes are great! A brave new door to open to more possibilities! Finally, I am sure you are aware of Bowser's made in America rolling stock and engines, and knowing that they sell competively with good quality compared to China made stuff, I was wondering if your business will follow suit because of the name and quality behind the company. I figured that if Bowser can make prototypical and realistic stuff in America at reasonable prices, then I figured that Broadway Limited "Industries" could do the same too. (Also, the name sounds more grandiose.) From a fan, and customer of your model engines.

Would you guys ever consider making non-sound DC models?
