I can really really relate to the dynamic but yet complicated relationship between Benji and victor,because i too had been in a relationship similar to them.And for me it turned out that the man i was in love with had been in a relationship with a woman and was married prior to our getting together.In the end he choose me over his ex-wife they had been separated at the time so it made everything much easier.
I had a difficult start to my relationship also. I finished uni suspecting I was probably gay, but never having had a proper relationship in my life. Then shortly afterwards I started dating a girl at work which REALLY messed with my head, as I know in myself I genuinely liked her and found her attractive, I wasn’t dating her just to prove something to anyone. After about six months we called it quits, because she was a bit younger than me and we had different maturity levels. Then a few months after that I meant my boyfriend who I’m still with now and have been for three years. And that was even more of a headf*cker given the circumstances I’d just left behind. For the first four months I was going out and seeing him in secret because I was terrified of what my parents would think. They ended up finding out and thankfully have been nothing but supportive, unlike what happened in this TV show. But I definitely relate to this show and so much of it resonates with me and really hits me
