Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi says the Eastern Cape and Gauteng are the provinces with the most questionable medico-legal claims.
He and the head of the Special Investigating Unit, Andy Mothibi briefed the media on the preliminary findings of the ongoing multi-billion-rand investigation into such claims.

How on earth in the first place leads to this what type,what kind of nurses and doctors are working at health department one way to stop this is to make those health workers to personally also pay for medical neglecgence by taking their pension funds,any money in their personal bank accounts,selloff their personal property and deduct money from their monthly salaries as a form to deter such malpractice to occur.
