- Blue Destiny Racing team took their 1800HP 2JZGTE powered Celica to Orlando Speed World Dragway to get it dialed in. Started off running 6.7s and by the end of the weekend they had reached a new best of 6.28@223! New Personal best but they are not done yet! Stay tuned for more updates over the next few weeks as they continue to push the car!

Its amazing how much a 2jz can hold power wise. Even for them being almost 20 yrs old they hold more than more modern day engines do.

those roll race gtr's don't do much for me, but they are starting to get it figured out from a dig. this car should have been out 10 years ago doing this, they had the technology, just not the desire. glad they are finally going to start lining up against american cars and we can compare huge compression to huge CI from a dig.
2jz drag celicas are nothing new. ever heard of the Titan celica? ran 6.47 back in 05. so yeah they have been in the game 10 years.
