you forgot the necroa virus reanimating corpses(aka sustain on corpses) also rushing the border airport and seaport closing is crucial for slowing the spread then you can go with maxing the cure effort to 4(60% is plenty at that ratio) at this point zombies kick in and you rush military advantage traits up to martial law then save for the zcom cleaning troops

The cure on vanilla necroa virus cures all of the infected, but not the zombies. In this scenario however, cure cancel exists, which causes the cure to be even more useless, causing it to not even be able to cure infected anymore.

What I have learned is that "Severity" is how noticeable the issue at hand is. So as the Plague, if you want to remain under the radar, keep Severity low. (The issue here is as the cure, you want Severity to be high, but winning condition makes it rougher)
Okay kinda late but too be fair to pravus on this, the scenario works wildly different then it does in base game, normally pop ups wouldn't matter all too much as long as you focused on the game, but in this mechanics actively made it so that just playing how you normally would wouldn't work.

Necrosis means spreading through corpses, so burning corpses reduces effectiveness of necrosis.
