Not gonna lie, that would have made me a bit nervous to burn!
But the view is gonna be soooo much nicer from the beach now.
You might get more visitors to the pond if the trash pile wasn’t so close to it. 😂😂😂

I certainly had a, "What have I done" moment. Did you ever stop to think that maybe that pile is there by design to keep certain people away? 😆😜

Always enjoy a nice fire! I burn more regularly and use the ash to help rejuvinate parts of my yard. We have a lot of clay, so mixing in ash with the topsoil helps me grow grass. Love the pond!

Same here, I'm a fire bug! The only downside with a more regular schedule is then you don't get these monster fires haha. Thanks! We really enjoy the pond as well!

Hot guy makes a hot fire. Around here the fire department would be at my front door in 5 minutes. I burn stuff in my barbeque and use the ashes to make soap.

Ahhh that's unfortunate! Large fires are a way of life around here....at least at my place! haha

Maybe it wasn't the Canucks wildfire, it was your brush pit still smoldering around Indy last week! LoL

That was one HUGE fire. I bet your trees show a bit of wilting on the leaves after that burn. So much nicer and it makes your beach area that much more pleasant to look at. Your pond is looking fantastic.

Thanks Pete! Yea, it was probably the biggest fire I have ever lit. The 1.7 inches of rain we got yesterday has hopefully quenched those trees' thirst ha.
