For the low price of £15 delivered to the UK the Mosky Ch vibe does a pretty good job, if you want a pro end vibe then buy a proper uni-vibe. You can eliminate the sound of the switch popping by ensuring you are using good quality SCREENED patch cables, a decent isolated pedal power supply, and experiment swapping the DC power leads from your PSU to your pedals, many times I’ve had bad popping from switches on pedals, you may have an 8 way PSU and have you MOSKY pedal plugged into DC output 1 and have horrible popping, it can be trial and error, try swapping for a different DC output I.e. output 2, 3, 4 - 8, ensuring the pedal is getting enough input voltage, just swapping the power leads round into different pedals on your board often gets rid of the popping, it can just be down to what pedals you are using even high priced boutique pedals, and the power output lead order, it may sound silly if all the outputs are rated the same on your PSU (100 or 300ma) but it really can make a big difference, so just try swapping about.
@@serdar.saglam I would just go for the mosky if it sounds close. I sold the mosky and kept the moen. But I like to tinker with my pedals. I modified the moen to work with a foot controller like a wah pedal.
Nice little pedal. Must be the cheapest Univibe around :D Already have a nice Univibe on my NUX Modcore, but it has its fixed place on the board, so this little fella comes in handy. Depending where I put it I could compensate the poping sound with my Volume pedal, I hope.

The popping is due to the circuit design. You need to at a down down resistor on the input.
Hi. Thanks for video. Is it worth to pay extra money for Moen. I can't hear so much difference...
Hello Is it a big price difference between the two?
@@googaboogaloo Mosky is half price

@@googaboogaloo I won’t do any mod. I just want to buy better one. But if they sound similar i prefer the cheaper pedal. So are both pedals usable?
@@serdar.saglam yes, there is a pop sound that is notorious with mosky pedals when they are turned on. It’s normal but it is annoying.
Great video and pedal comparison. Looking at Mosky, great pedal for the value. Cheers!
Thank you! For $24-28 it’s a great pedal. The Moen is good too.
Lil' greeny sound nice, but how about the noise level?
I have a video on my channel that demos just the noise floor of both pedals. The green on was pretty noisy
@@googaboogaloo Yeah, I had that experience with Mosky pedals, plus the led is blinding

How does the mosky sound as a univibe?
It’s not bad. I have a video on it
It's crazy to say this but from what i've heard i think i prefer the Mosky one.
Nice review! But the poping sound is a deal breaker for me.
Yeah Mosky pedals have a real issue with that popping. I might change the switch out for a soft switch that doesn’t pop.
Dude, learn how to fix your intonation
@@JoelDubay I’m experimenting with microtones. Like king gizzard.
