I have I GMC topkick c6000 from 1991 and the eaton manual transmission and a 3116 cat eng ,and the clutch was no adjustment on it ,its all done by the cable ,any video on that type??
Hello everyone. Thanks for sharing those kind of information. What happen if after adjusting the cluth while turning clockwise the bolt i can't reach 1/2" gap?
They make a two piece clutch brake that can be used. You have to use an air chisel to cut the old clutch brake off. It is not recommended to use a cutting torch to remove clutch brake. Also they can go on www.eatontransmission.com for more information on clutch brake removal.

Than You! Really helpful and easily understandable. I'm truck driver.
Glad to help!
You don’t need a special tool !
A long 1/2 “ and 9/16 “ bolt.
Use them as a go/ no go gauge.
Where can I get that tool from?
Any Eaton distributor can get you this item. You can Google Eaton and see where they have dealers in your area.

Good detail thanks
Here is somebody, besides me, that actually reads Eaton service bulletins. Grease that clutch brake!
