@@volfogg6334 its because the team who did GGG desing ,also did El Dorado as a homage to Supers and the Yuusha type. AND YES! that one attack its called "El Infierno y el Cielo" , spanish translation of "Hell and Heaven"

Belated Reply, but it was made up for the Game. I'm guessing they only (partially?) did it because the previous DS Game was W, which had the actual GaoGaiGar in it, and the Devs might have figured they might aswell re-use the Animation because of El Dora's resemblance to it.
If you did your research you would know that the director of the Gun X Sword series is the same director of Gao Gai Gar. Also El Dora is just makes appearances on the show and he's basically just a side character

日本語で失礼、アニメには登場しなかったけど、元々設定にはあった必殺技ではある。
ただ、アニメではエルドラⅣの時に左手を破壊された事で使えなくなり、その後エルドラソウルに改造された後は機能をオミットされてしまったから使えなくなってしまった。
因みに、ガオガイガーのヘル・アンド・ヘブンとは違い、赤熱した右手と白熱した左手を合わせて、超高熱の拳を叩き込んでるだけの物理ゴリ押し技でもある。
