Wonderwomans weakness was originally being tied up. The creator of the wonderwoman comic, in addition to creating the lie detector, had a bondage fetish (which was actually more common in the 1950s than one would expect). This weakness has been written out of more modern comics, leaving her without any weaknesses.

As much as I love the relationship between Clark and Bruce, I’d like to see one more built up between Bruce and Barry, like Clark, they can relate in many ways
I think the DCEU had that pretty well as Bruce was practically mentoring him and even taugh him how to fight in the tie in comics.
It's in the comics they both speak about cases a lot since both are in that field.
In the comics Bruce has thought Barry how to fight effectively using his speed. Any time Barry needs help with a case he goes to Bruce. In fact I believe Bruce even admits that he looks up to Barry more than he does superman because Barry always stops whenever a citizen needs help no matter what it may be and is more grounded than superman.

Separately, in the Injustice Universe, Bats shows his team all his Contingency Plans for everyone, and also everyone sees their own and most are surprised at how creative Bats is. The funnier thing is that WW has no plan because she's too powerful so Bats just makes plans on the fly like teleport her away or using radioactive weapons to get sick. Green Arrow is the only other person in the entire Super Hero & Villain community because Bats never saw him as a threat. Even Black Canary, Cyborg, Hawk Man/Girl, Croc, Harley, and other B&C list supers had a plan, except him because anyone could take GA out

Yeah, and she can also just be blatantly overpowered by people like Superman, Shazam, etc. Not to mention that, while she’s so fast she always blocks them, she still can be pierced by bullets right? She is far from having no weaknesses. She doesn’t have any blatant weaknesses like kryptonite but she also is just far less powerful, so there are in turn more ways to kill her effectively.
It's not just the strength or intelligence of Wonder Woman that is the problem, It's her sheer willpower that is her greatest strength. She will not stop no matter the cost. The best course of action will be a weapon or tool crafted by the gods. Psychic attacks, Fear toxins, and magic are not off the table for pacification.

Another contingency was in Batman: Endgame, where Batman used a special hallucinogene or something that made Diana think she killed Bruce when she was under mind control. Essentially, the way to beat her is to trick her into thinking she won the fight.

We do still take about that, it was her one and only weakness for me very long time, and it was hard to actually restrain her. Wonder Woman's orginal weakness of "if she was bound" she could not escape on her own, was a good weakness. Having her no longer have any weakness whatsoever, makes her boring.
