Hello prasanth.. hope you are doing good..I would like to know if quartz is heat resistant for a kitchen counter top and also of lighter colours of granite is stain proof ..plz advice..thanks in advance.
Quartz is heat resistant but would suggest to have table coasters to place extremely hot vessels. Compared to darker granites, lighter granites has less stain proof capacity.

Material nature of lighter color granites tend to be more porous compared than darker granites.
@@interios_mk with that in mind, does it still win the nano white or other light colored engineered materials in durability
Sir we took a sample piece of nano white G7 and test for heat and stain proof
G7 is stainless but not heat resistant it's break from heat
Yes, almost all countertop material tend to break when heated to its breaking point. Its good to know which has better heat resistance compared to each other. 🙂
