Also, you brush long hair from the bottom up instead of top down. Start an inch from bottom and brush..then up another bit and so on. Go under the tangles and work up.
I have always had long hair and this keeps you from ripping more out. Love the wet brush too. Thx for these other ideas!

Yes! Bone broth is fantastic! We make ours in the instant pot. We add a few teaspoons to our dogs food and his coat has gotten so long! We are constantly having to trim the hair between his toes so he doesn’t slide all over the kitchen floor. He loves the homemade bone broth and will hardly eat store-bought now. 😂 We make it a lot so we can all enjoy it.

Proof that an eyelash serum works is only acceptable if the eyes have no makeup in the before and after pictures. Your 'after' eye is open slightly more than in the before, which will make your lashes look longer. And, it's hard to tell if you might be wearing more mascara in the after picture. I would love to find a eyelash/eyebrow serum that works but your pictures don't convenience me. You do have gorgeous eyes.

I made an effort to slowly lengthen the time between washes and my scalp adjusted and stop producing so much oil to compensate for how much i was drying out by washing it so much. I've always had thin, fine hair and now it's the thickest it's ever been and i only wash my hair twice a week

I have to agree with the idea of not washing your hair every day! My hair gets oily very quickly. I found that using colorless henna hair treatment really helps with oil control. If you can’t find colorless henna, try finding henna hair color that is closest to your own. I use Herbatint. It works great. I hope this helps someone here. ❣️

I am on month two of using their original hair serum. I was skeptical at first, but was desperate because I was 4 months postpartum and was losing clumps of hair. I can now see some baby fuzz coming in and even my husband noticed that my hair shed has slowed down. Not sure if this is due to hormones finally settling down, but whatever the case I am going to keep giving it a go! Have you ever tried their eyebrow one? Interested in that one but wondering if the hair growth one can just be smudged on to the eyebrows too. Also, I need a boost-do you give haircut/style suggestions for new, frumpy moms? Heehee.

Hmmm...skeptical. I have Alopecia. There’s a big misconception that hair will grow back. That’s not the case for many people. Maybe if you’ve lost hair to health, stress or babies/hormones it will, but it won’t if you have a “disease” like Alopecia or if genetics aren’t on your side. :(
Just be aware. Shea, you’ve always had great hair, so it’s hard to actually see a big enough difference for the money for most others.

I've been desperately trying to offset my insane shedding & started taking biotin/collagen pills.
I just ordered the 3pk advanced + an extra serum & the brush. Crossing my fingers I didn't just waste $200+ 😂🤞🏼 That discount was so needed though because I'm not ready for a subscription

Vegamour does not work . It’s a gimmick. Search UA-cam for dermatologist take on vegamour. They said it’s not real

It all starts with your scalp! Get a shampoo that has tea tree oil and rosemary and massage it in your scalp every morning and use a thickening conditioner for the ends to make your hair stronger and less likely to break apart.
Use a leave in conditioner or spray with tea tree oil, rosemary oil, biotin. Focus on your scalp.
Use a detangler to avoid breakage.
Try not use heat on your hair and reduce putting stress on your hair by putting it in a tight pony-tail
Take biotin and saw palmetto supplement.
These things have worked for me

Hey Shea, I went to the vegamour website but the bottles look different than the ones you show in your video. Is this just a new packaging or a different product despite the fact that it has the same name.

Is the hair serum something that you have to use for life? Does your hair start to break and fall out again if you stop using it?

I only wash my hair two times a weeks. I get it wet and put a intense conditioner in for two of those times

I was about joke and say that I can't use any of these tips because I have locs. However, I will probably look into the eyelash serum and change temperatures when I wash my hair.

I started the lash serum a couple weeks ago and maaaaybe maybe starting to see a difference. I’m starting from barely visible lashes so anything will be a welcome improvement!

Will this work for men with typical male pattern baldness?
