Yes and Yes! love the low impact workouts - as you stated, each of us can kick it up where it works best for us. Sprinkling in the jumping moves builds confidence and a sence of accomplishment. 😅🥰xoxo

Wow Chris I definitely sweated to this oldie but goodie low impact workout.I do more strength training then carrio but after this workout I'm definitely impacting more low impact cardio to my workout regimen.Great class.Thanks Chris!

I think the arms segment was the sweatiest of all. I held mini dumbbells which kind of forced me to keep the whole workout low impact, and I really enjoyed the different feeling. Great full body feeling :-)
This was so much fun and just what I needed to get moving on a Monday morning. I stuck with low impact and got just as much out of this workout as high impact. I forgot how much I love your old school aerobics classes!

An oldie, but a goodie! All standing, low impact workouts are my jam. I'm excited when I see that's what is on the menu because I enjoy sometimes being able to do everything in a workout rather than having to do a lot of modifications. This was great! I learned all the sitting creates weak hips….the balance mobility at the end revealed this to me. 💪🏽
