"It was really busy in the store.. well idk it was really busy but there were humans around for some reason that made me really anxious and self-conscious" sameee Taz same
It's good when you realize that you've been acting like you have your life together, but you don't. And then Taz says it the same day in the VLOG! I don't feel so alone. And probably most people can agree with that, too.
I used to have huge anxiety eating in public, I promise you, around safe people you can overcome it, you can overcome anything ! If anyone is reading this, YOU are a magical being and capable of anything you dream of doing
Hi Taz, I had serious lower back problems before and what helped me soo much was doing back exercises every morning. Just do 15 min stretching and after few weeks you will be feeling great again. xx
@@shoyuramenoff just search on UA-cam for ‘back pain exercises’ or ‘lower back pain’. I started with the ones for beginners and older people ;) later, once you don’t have a problem with these ones, you can slowly introduce other things, mainly pilates and yoga. I also recommend to begin with exercising while lying on the ground, because standing will put more pressure on the back.
Totally relate with the issues regarding crowded places (or just places with humans around) and also the eating in public alone thing, I just can't manage, I have skipped so many meals because of this thing
I struggle with overstimulation at shopping centers too. I tend to look Google maps to see the peak hours bussiness hours and avoid them 🙃! It part of the ADHD. I tots feel more in control when traveling to different places. Anyways love the hair cut! Loving the rush of viedos atm!
I came from a PE Class and the aftermath gives me PTSD when i was hospitalized in the middle of the pandemic because i cant move. Thank you for the heartwarming video ♡
I have kefir. I find that Yeo Valley is the best brand for it, they do little pots of 4 or a big tub. It really helps my stomach and stops it from hurting at times. Definitely recommend kefir, it's great for your gut.
I make a FULL SPREAD on my whatever sized table, whilst eating alone. I LOVE IT.😂 I don’t want to talk to anyone while I’m eating though, so I usually(after being sure I have everything needed) put my noise canceling BOSE ear buds in. It’s a very nice setup.😁
that’s a great question that i haven’t really though about! maybe you’re more excited when travelling and being in new environments that’s why you receive stimuli more positively? whereas the day to day stuff have become habitual so you’re more hyperaware of the things happening around you than what you’re actually doing? i vibe with that…
Yay live seeing a Taz video. Thanks for sharing what you are getting up to. I always find your videos interesting no matter what you are doing. Sending love from Canada.
You're the cutest 🍄and so proud of you for driving into Central. You deserve a hug, but that might stress you out so have some delicious delicious noodles instead 🙂
I really look forward to your videos. They make me so happy. I thought originally the Tesla was a sponsored car for your trip 😂🤦 it suits you, I wonder if you could do more road trip videos? A girl always needs time in a beautiful place to enjoy her company! 💖 Lots of love xxx
Hi Taz, just love watching you, I can relate so much and there are times when I am struggling in something, I get answers in your vlogs listening to you
Don’t be scared about contact lenses Taz! Xx I’ve had mine for about five years now and then most easy convenient thing. I used to be worried about getting them but when you get used to it it’s so easy xx
Hi Taz, my boyfriend has tesla model 3 lr from 2021 and although it is 360 miles it still needs charging omce or twice a week. We live in East London and we mostly use Genie as there is one in morrisons as the nearest supercharger is 20-30 minutes away and you know how driving in london is. He also got electric juice(octopus energy) card
Also if you find milk iffy, go for almond or macadamia(especially this one) nut milk. They are amazing, less heavy on your gut, makes me not bloat, and is delicious
Im looking into getting another car at the moment myself since my current one isnt doing so great. Im still going to get a gas powered car but if i could afford it i would consider getting a hybrid but not a fully electric car since it would give me anxiety to have to charge it all the time. Lol
That is a reason I don't like electric cars. You just can't rely on them being able to transport you whenever and wherever you want. And that's a whole purpose of owning a car, isn't it? Being independent.
@@Karincl7 No, I don't. I have a petrol car. I find it more convenient. In my country charging stations are very sparse and can imagine being stressed not being able to find one when needed. But if you have one and like it that's great! Everyone have different preferencies.
@@Dizzy_frog There are charging stations around, even if sparse, if you plan when you will charge and ensure you have enough charge you can make it work. Also, if you don't have charge you can use public transport or walk/electric scooter/bike. Many many other options rather than just pumping out toxic fumes into the air of an already dying planet because you are too lazy and selfish to even think of alternatives.
I guess I'm so used to eating alone and shopping alone that it doesn't bother me. I'm autistic with severe ADHD (as in my level of ADHD can come with a disability check and a home health aid). I struggle with sensory processing issues, as well. I also travel half way across the USA alone with my dogs (because I'm actually not allowed to be completely alone, not a safe place) at least once a year to see my family. One of my dogs is a retired service dog who is half of why I've stayed alive for the past 14yrs (her partner and brother passed away over the summer at 15). The puppy is in training as a service dog and after a trip to the pharmacy, thinks he needs to go anywhere I go (he's 21 months and 125lbs). The little one is for emotional support, great to talk to and has helped me work through a lot since she is a severe abuse and neglect rescue who is still working through a lot. I wear earbuds in loud places. I turn them off when I just need it to be a little quieter around me (rides at Disney World, they are a must). When I eat out at a restaurant by myself, I play games on my phone and surf Facebook. I've also brought books.
There's something called a sensor person, which I am so I can completely understand what you mean about being overwhelmed in busy places. A sensor person is someone who picks up on all the atmospheres, can be easily overwhelmed by them also. However, being a sensor person is a magic power, you are quickly able to tell the atmosphere of any room and know when something is right or isn't right for you, it's an amazing personality type to be once you get to know it on a deeper level! 🙂 xx
Just a little tip, when doing the exercises were you lay flat on your back, really push that lower back into your mat. Ribs go in and it pushes your back flat. I saw you arching your lower back off the mat and that can cause lower back pain.
Always so excited to see you taz really cute glasses you are beautiful and awesome love you taz always enjoy your videos you are such a good sweer person
Hey Taz, I have seen people carrying a HONDA generator to charge their Tesla. You can check it out too. Hopefully you won’t have to struggle with your battery charge anymore.
This is random but i had lower back pain for ages and i tried sm things until i looked up the spiritual meaning. Apparently it means you may feel unsupported in your current state. They may be true to a small extent by try some affirmations like "i am supported" and maybe reach out to supporting friends and people and do support yourself in self reflection via your accomplishments. Also be really assuring via your financial state
You remind me a lot of my brother, who has ADHD and autism. Especially you mentioning the sensory thing. I also have autism (the female phenotype) and these things are really recognizable.
You should be watching Fully Charge Show on UA-cam to help guide you with your new EV. They have hundreds of great episodes about EVs, Charging pros and cons. And green energy overall.

The last few years had DEFINITELY made my anxiety around large crowds (like 5 or more people lol) crazy. And the agoraphobia is real. ❤️❤️
You are not alone, I also have busy places. Shopping out of hours works for me 😁
