No one cares to enforce something like that. Running an illegal gaming operation, i.e. gambling, will get you raided because the state isn't getting their cut. If you run a gaming lounge or internet cafe where you charge an entry fee to play arcade, console, or PC games? No one will care, because it's not the law enforcement's priority to shut you down even if you are violating the EULA of some large company. You won't be arrested, the worst that will happen is all your equipment will be confiscated and never returned; so you better stock up on insurance in case such an act could ever possibly occur.

Well, im planning to set a gaming cafe in my village where almost everyone hv no normal and gaming pcs and no vr at all, so if i place it there, will i make huge amount per hour if the working hour is 17 hours, so according to your experience will my business be a boom?
I have a dream to start a gaming arcade and if i charge 540 LKR (1.64$)for an hour for playing with 6,00,000 LKR(1840$) gamjng pc,is it a good charger or not,if it's not please recommend me a charging price for an hour !

Sorry, Almost 10 years in arcade management, this video is one of the most illusory I've seen on the subject. My comment is not intended to demotivate anyone who wants to get started. But you should be wary of people who make videos without really understanding the state of the (niche) gaming lounge market.

Question Shaun would it also not be important to have a onsite network engineer tech guy even if you only hire them for part time just a few hours a day to maintain the network
I used to work at a gaming lounge for a bit, the owner himself was the network/IT guy. It saved him a lot of money and I think having some knowledge on computers would definitely go a long way into making this possible
Contact schools and set up discounted field trips to your lounge. Or even offer it free just to get the kids in there. Once kids get the experience, word of mouth will spread to other kids and their parents.
