create mockups on your computer with Brand Bible and create a Shopify website and do preorder. Try t get a sample made and promote the hell out of it. that way people will order it and all you do is send the money to a manufacturer that you find and get the inventory made. There are plenty of brand owners who walk you through step by step to achieve this

There might be needs for improvement , if not great! I’d say order bulk on whatever you’ve sampled (if you like it) once you receive your bulk order inspect that also, then for about a week go crazy on social media for a hype up before your official launch! I found doing this created a super good buzz 🐝 just before dropping your first drop it gets ppl hyped up!
