It's a dream to paddle! I wish the weather was more cooperative so I could get out and enjoy it.
How tippy is it compared to a sit on top kayak? Thinking of getting one of these for my wife but she's convinced her 14 foot Hurricane SOT was safer. However that thing is 52 pounds.
I can't recommend this enough! As someone with little to no balance, it does feel tippy but I've had it sideways in the water and didn't manage to tip it. It feels tippy because it's maneuverable. I've never had a sit on top kayak but I've had a sit in kayak and this is so much better! It feels like it moves with you. (Talking as someone who first got in a kayak in 2017.)
@@thewookieandbeanpole Good to know! Thank you for confirming what was my gut feeling in that it would be great on that secondary stability. Plus, it's such a great looking boat made with excellent material.
