Ingredients
Leg of mutton 2.6kg
Onion 3 pieces
Chickpeas 1 cup
Rice 3 cups
3 pcs tomatoes
Cucumbers 2 pcs
1 piece hot pepper
Garlic 3 cloves
Cilantro 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
Melted butter 1 tablespoon
Seasonings: Salt, pepper, lamb seasoning, saffron, peppercorns, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom.

можно в рукав для запекания запихнуть эту ногу и все. Если боитесь, что подгорит, засуньте в два рукава, и чуть воды налейте. Эффект тот же. Я так гусей и уток запекаю по 5 часов.
