Polaris Sportsman Fuel Pressure Regulator Housing issues/alternative

Recently purchased a 06 Polaris Sportsman that wasn't running. Rebuilt the fuel sending unit, but still had low PSI. The fuel pressure regulator housing was bad, which you cannot buy for this unit. Here's a work around.

Hey roy, the small vent line on next to the cap, was wondering if you could help me with where it gets routed. I inherited a non running one from a friend and this line was off and I cant figure out where it goes to 😅

Yes, I believe it should work for your Polaris as long as it's fuel injected and similar body style.

Does the newer style Polaris sportsman regulator work?

I'm actually not familiar with the newer style, however I did a search for, let's say, a Polaris sportsman 570. The pictures of it look quite different, the pressure regulator sits differently, so I don't think it would work
